Cocoonr offers this 35 m² air-conditioned duplex studio apartment in Dénezé-sous-Doué to rent for up to 3 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises an 18 m² living room with a fitted kitchen, a mezzanine, a shower room and a shared garden of around 400 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is as follows:

First floor:
- An 18 m² living room with fully equipped kitchen (electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.) and dining area.
- A shower room
- Separate WC

Duplex apartment:
- A mezzanine with a double bed (140×190) and a sofa-bed (one bed), TV

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot, plancha.

Outside:
- A 120 m² shared terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- A shared spa is available
- A 400 m² shared garden, fully enclosed

The studio is ideally located in Dénezé-sous-Doué, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the courtyard (up to 2 vehicles).
