Nestled in the heart of Bella Vista, Gravity Chalet is the ultimate escape for mountain bikers, hikers, families, and anyone looking to unwind in nature. You’ll enjoy full privacy and access to the entire 2,264 sq. ft. home, featuring a spacious open floor plan with 3 bedrooms on the main floor and a bonus room upstairs—ideal for larger groups or families.

Step out onto the deck overlooking the trail to plan your next ride or just relax in the peaceful Ozark surroundings. The Uphill Both Ways trail runs directly behind the home, offering true Bike-In, Bike-Out access. Ride just 1/3 mile from your back door to the Huntley Gravity Zone, or connect to the Little Sugar and Back 40 trail networks—all easily reachable by bike.

THE SPACE:

KITCHEN:
The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, modern appliances, a coffee maker, microwave, dishware, flatware, and a breakfast bar with seating—everything you need to cook and enjoy meals during your stay.

GENERAL:
Enjoy free Wi-Fi, keyless entry, a washer and dryer, fresh towels and linens, and a hair dryer for your convenience.

BEDROOMS:
All bedrooms are furnished with high-quality, new mattresses for a restful night's sleep.

Master Bedroom: King-size bed, en suite bathroom with a walk-in closet, soaking tub, and separate shower.

Bedrooms 2 & 3: Located on the opposite side of the home for added privacy. These two rooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with double sinks and a tub/shower combo.

Bonus Room (Upstairs): Includes a queen bed, full bed, and twin bed—perfect for kids or extra guests.

ACCESS & SECURITY
You'll receive a personalized door code a day before check-in for keyless entry.
Please note: For security, the garage keypad is non-functional, and we do not provide a garage remote.

ADDITIONAL NOTES
The fireplace is decorative only and not for use.
Security camera located above the garage door (exterior only) will remain active during your stay.
No pets, no smoking, no parties are allowed on the property.
