For New Year's Eve, a security deposit via bank imprint may be requested to preserve the quality of the premises and ensure the smooth running of the stay.

Parking is paid in the town of Carnon from March 31st to October 30th. The daily rate is €8 and the weekly rate is €35. You can park in front of the apartment.
