It is located in a Catalan farmhouse of character from the 19th century planted with pine trees, adjoining a residential subdivision. On the ground floor: living room (sofa, 1 single bed) with kitchen opening onto a private terrace and the fenced pine forest, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), shower room (wc). 1 single bed is installed in addition to the sofa in the living room.
