Welcome to paradise! Shorewood unit 108 is just steps to the beach!!! As you enter this ground floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom oceanfront villa, you will be greeted by a breath-taking panoramic views of the ocean. This fully updated and newer to the market villa is fully stocked and ready for you to enjoy. The kitchen has plenty of cabinetry, brand new appliances including washer and dryer, and is fully furnished for your convenience. The spacious and open living room offers generous amount of sunlight, 60” smart TV, games for the whole family, two arm chairs, a sofa, love seat, and a separate entrance to the balcony. Enjoy your morning sunrise from the master suite featuring sliding glass door that opens to the balcony, king size bed, TV, and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom boast 2 full size beds and a TV. You will also find another bathroom in the hallway with a tub/shower combination. The outside balcony is wonderful and will bring you lots of peace and joy while you enjoy the breeze of the ocean. There is plenty of room on the grass for the children to run around while you sit back and relax.

Shorewood is a gated community in the South Forest Beach area and offers great amenities, has beautifully landscaped grounds with walkways that lead to the gated beach. The zero-entry oceanfront pool is seasonally heated, offers plenty of lounge chairs and pool toys. Additionally you can soak in the hot tub or have your children enjoy the baby pool. No need to walk far, as the restrooms and showers are close to the pool. There is plenty of parking available with easy access to the condo. The trash closet is right outside of your unit therefore no need to walk far.

Just steps away to the most popular beach on the island, famous Coligny Plaza known for wonderful restaurants, shopping and entertainment and of course the beautiful and newly built Lowcountry Celebration Park that offers wonderful activities for the whole family.

We know you will love our home away from home as much as we do! This is truly paradise and it will become one of your favorite vacation spots.

Great stay!

Our family of 6 had a great stay here! Was clean and updated. We have stayed in this complex before and love it every time. Our only complaint was that they didn’t have expected essentials or enough of expected essentials (eg, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels). Otherwise great stay and would definitely recommend.

Wonderful Girls Trip

Perfect Location

We enjoyed every minute of our stay! The condo is comfortably furnished and had everything our family might need...even board games for the rainy day. We loved being able to walk out the back door to the beach and pool. Coligney Plaza is only a 5 minute bike ride. We look forward to staying here again!

The weather was not good while we were there but the condo was wonderful.. it has anything that you would want and staying in a lot it was very comfortable and relaxing.. GREAT Condo

Really clean, great location, walk out to the pool and beach. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Shorewood on-site staff were friendly and always available for questions. Complex is gated, so felt really safe. Hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive. We would stay here again 100%.

Condo is a walk out which was amazing. It is very clean and well decorated. Had an issue with a new vent less dryer during our stay, the owner was extremely responsive. Was great to have beach chairs and umbrella. Would highly recommend this condo.

Very Nice

Property was well stocked with any items you would need for a beach vacation. Bonus points for having a tower fan in each bedroom. I sleep with a fan at night and with flying I can’t quite bring one with me, so it was really nice to have. Beds were very comfy as well. Location was great as it was perfect walking/biking distance to several restaurants and shops.

Exceptional Oceanview Condo

We had a beautiful week at this condo in Hilton Head. The location is stellar, with beautiful views. The condo itself was pristine, stocked with everything a family could need, and then some. A whole closet of beach gear, including chairs. We brought so much with us, but there was no need. Communication with the owners was easy, and they were very responsive. This is a gem.

Wonderful stay on the beach

We had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect-so close to beach and pool, ocean view, easy to bike to Coligny, Celebration park and surrounding areas. The condo used a keypad so we weren’t worrying about keys. Plentiful parking. The condo had everything you would need, with the exception of beach towels. I had an Instacart order delivered with snacks and meal items and included paper towels and toilet paper for the week. Truly an effortless and relaxing vacation and this condo was the hub of it all.

Disappointed

The condo was as advertised very clean and spacious. New patio furniture and beach chairs were an unexpected bonus. However, there were issues we experienced which would hesitate our return. Our first morning we discovered that a "rodent" had eaten a hole into our bread and muffins with some pieces left on the counter. We communicated this with the owner. Shortly there after, a board member of the association visited and told us that it was a known problem and they had traps set outside on the grounds. We stored all of our food in the refrigerator and were extra careful about cleaning to avoid another "visit". There was no other communication about this issue (more to come about communication). We were also disappointed that we were not informed the pool and hot tubs would be closed the entire week of our stay. With so many rental opportunities, we would not have chosen this property if we were made aware of the issue. The final frustration was with the VRBO communication process. During the check in process, after a series of emails, we did not get a message that we were able to check in until after 4pm on the first day of the visit. The owner later showed us her message that the unit was ready 45 minutes prior. We also did not see the message that the owner had offered pest control to come in during our visit until the last night of our stay. The breakdown in communication was a result of some messages going through the VRBO app and some going to my email.

This is our home away from home. We absolutely love this villa and all that is has to offer. Waking up to beautiful sunrise and view of the the ocean, spacious yard for children to play in, and our balcony are some of our favorites. We love how close it is to the beach and anytime we forget something we can just walk back to get it quickly, and the pool is just around the corner. We often visit the celebration park with our kids as they absolutely enjoy playing on the pirate ship and to play ball on the field. Coligny Plaza is one of our favorites for restaurants and ice cream. There is just so much to do in this area you will never get bored and all within walking distance.
