## Logement
Welcome to this bright and charming house in Niederhausbergen. With a surface area of 145 square feet, this welcoming space promises you a relaxing stay in a very quiet environment.

You will have four comfortable bedrooms at your disposal, two with a 160 x 200 cm double bed, one with two 90 x 190 cm single beds, and one with four 90 x 190 cm single beds.

The house also includes a fully equipped kitchen for preparing your meals, two functional shower rooms with multiple jets, and two dining areas with tables and chairs. The comfortable living room is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, while the balcony and terrace with pergola, accompanied by a flower garden, invite you to enjoy the fresh air.

For your comfort, everything you need for a great stay is provided, including WiFi, a hairdryer, a TV, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a dryer, a raclette machine, a crepe maker, a plancha grill, a Nespresso coffee machine, a barbecue, a microwave, an oven, and a 40 x 80 cm crib. Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee, allowing you to travel light and worry-free.
In the basement of the house, you will find a games room equipped with a multi-game table (pool, air hockey, and table tennis) to enhance your stay.
