3 generations in Orlando
We were a family of 8, consisting of 3 generations The house is very spacious, each bedroom with its own bathroom. The property was very clean and well presented & in general well equipped. Although the property is able to sleep 11 people, there was only 4 sun loungers outside. The tumble dryer worked intermittently and there was no clothes airer to dry clothes. We ended up buying one and left it at the property. Also there was a bbq padlocked on the patio, it was disappointing this was not available for use. The internal vertical blinds in the house kept coming off each time we opened/closed them. The property management was difficult to communicate with, the front door lock failed and we had to wait half a day in the property for someone to fix the door as we could not secure the property to leave which resulted in loss of half a park day which was costly and very frustrating. Also there was a delay in pool heat being switched on but no refund has been provided for the delay. Also there were 2 nights that neighbours had pool parties that went beyond midnight and kept us awake, our UK cell phones would not connect to the number for noise nuisance, the property management was un-contactable, we had to report to the resort general manager. Lastly a house manual/handbook would have been beneficial to help navigate the house easier.
Although we experienced the above we still had a great holiday, but would re-consider before booking with Executive Villas again.
