We stayed here for our family’s annual trip to Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios this year, and we couldn’t have been happier with our decision! The location was perfect—close to the parks, with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. On days we didn’t go to the parks, we walked down to the club house to hang out at the pool and lazy river. It’s about a 10 minute walk. The house was very comfortable, convenient, and had everything we needed for a great stay. We’d definitely stay here again!

House not cleaned when we arrived

Tried for 3 hours to get hold f the host who they were sorry the house wasn’t clean but we had a washer and dryer so we could do the laundry in order to stay at the house,

Great pool but lots of unnecessary check ins

We liked the house a lot and the pools were great. But the line to get into the community is ridiculous on the weekends. Also having to check in every time we went to the pool seems excessive

Fantastic home

Every detail of this home was fantastic. The size, the vaulted ceilings, the furniture, water pressure, and cleanliness all exceeded my expectations. Only improvement I could suggest would be to have some basic amenities included (salt, pepper, coffee, tea, etc.). All beds were very comfortable and the inclusion of a bathroom for nearly every bedroom was fantastic. My family will be back.

Family spring break

My family enjoyed staying at your rental property. The house was very roomy and clean and the kitchen had plenty of pans, appliances, knives and containers to prepare meals for our party of ten. If you dont want to cook there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The kids enjoyed the pool snd game room. Check in was easy and Parking was no problem. The clubhouse had activities for the kids during the week. This is my second stay at Solterra. Will definitely book here again.

Family trip

Communication with the host was easy. Great location in neighborhood with plenty of sidewalks. House was very clean and fit our needs well. Kitchen had all necessary utensils and then some. Only word of caution which is not reflective of the property itself was a long line through security gate on Friday and Saturday afternoons. And we were warned by the host so we knew to expect it. Other days were fine. But you don’t want to have cold groceries or hot food in the car at those times. We had a fantastic time.

Large property, enough room for everyone

While we feel like we only used the property to eat and sleep as we were go-go-go visiting the various theme parks in Orlando, it was a great place to come “home” to at the end of the day. Large rooms, comfy beds, bathrooms off every room, nice pool. It’s a silly thing to appreciate but it was nice that trash was picked up every day. There were a few random fire ants that would pop up in the showers. The larger coffee pot wasn’t functioning (and the Dunkin’ Donuts down the street can be very slow). We bought and left a broom as we couldn’t find one. Overall a great property to stay at, we were all sad to leave. Hope to be back at some point.

The additional coffee makers should be in the cabinets, or on the butler pantry area. We would have sent a new one during your stay, if needed, as we know how important coffee can be. A great Visit! We will return

Belles Vacation home was a great option for our family when visiting the Orlando area! The bedrooms are sizable, and bedding is very comfortable! We had space to unpack suitcases and really settle in. It was so nice that each bedroom has it's own bath, so everyone could spread out! For a home with 6 bedrooms, having 3 separate indoor seating spaces, plus the game room, was great! We played board games in the front living room while kids watched movies and played in the garage game room and tv room by the kitchen. Older kids used the young area in the loft. The kitchen was so well equipped as well! Plenty of dishes/utensiuls, etc. We cooked large meals with no difficulty. As for location, we were so pleased! Getting in/out of the community can get busy, but the guards are managing the traffic. Close to lots of amenities, with restaurants, grocery stores, and more. We communicated very easily with the property manager, they were very responsive, professional, and helpful! I highly recommend!

Big house though had issues with pool and game room

Overall we as family enjoyed our trip. Regarding the house it is beautiful and very big. Plenty of space for everyone and everything. Our issues were we paid for the pool and spa to be heated and it was not and never was fixed while we were there. Also we did encounter cockroaches in the kitchen twice and ants in the bathroom downstairs. I think it's time for an exterminator to go in. The pool table was broke and all the balls rolled to one side and foosball table had bent bars. The ping pong table was great though. The grill was charcoal not gas which we learned after arriving. The house keeper who is suppose to inspect all broken items and issues obviously doesn't do since he barstool in the game room was broken and not usable. Could have been a bad situation if someone would have not noticed and sat on it.

Great house, poor management

The house was excellent, just as described in listing. We had a couple of issues that were not corrected by management. The hot tub would not heat. We advised them on Sunday, 2 days after arriving that hot tub was not heating. Took them 3 days to get back to me and then we still had no heat/repair person, nothing when we left by the following Monday. On Friday evening when we came home the code to unlock the front door no longer worked. Lucky someone was still home or we would have been locked out. I contacted them again by email and still had no response when we left on Monday morning. We had to leave someone at home the whole time to make sure we could get back in, so that meant going out for dinner in 2 separate groups. Oh, this is for management, you owe me a refund for the hot tub heating that I prepaid.

So sorry for the hot tub. We are getting that looked at and can process a refund for that. There was a malfunction with the door lock that we now fixed / replaced. Glad that you enjoyed the house.

Pros and cons

My family and I have vacationed in Solterra in past years. This house was definitely our leasT favorite by a longshot. There were some things we liked about it, however. PROS: A short walk to the community pool. It’s at a great location. An island in the kitchen was convenient for cooking. Nice size of the house. Nice pool and hot tub. Pool maintenance guy was also very nice when we saw him. House was animal friendly. Pretty on the outside. CONS: PEE STAINS- covering the upstairs carpet. With a pet friendly home, we expected to see a few here and there, but there were stains going up the stairs, in the sitting room, in every bedroom (5). When communicated with management over email. They simply said they were “unaware of such stains” and requested pictures of everything so WE wouldn’t be charged. There were also per stains on the curtains leading outside. It looked like the stains were never attempted to be cleaned by a service. MAINTENANCE- of the house itself was very poor. The house didn’t necessarily stink, but it didn’t smell clean when we walked in. The garage/gameroom smelled bad. FLOOR- the tile floor was filthy. Our feet were black, so we all wore shoes inside while we stayed at this house. COUCH- the faux leather was peeling apart. FRIDGE- doors inside broken and cracked- and very difficult to open/close. GAMEROOM- couldn’t use the pool table because balls would roll down it prior to playing. The fooseball table couldn’t be used either. They were both falling apart. We did use the ping pong table though. SCREEN DOOR- had a huge rip in it which was nerve wracking with having little dogs and little kids who wanted to go swimming. The house provides you with VERY little. They didn’t even have an oven mit for cooking. No grill either. The communication with management was extremely poor and accusatory. We may stay at Solterra again, but will be avoiding this house in the future.

Thank you for your stay. We have addressed all of the maintenance items in Jan 2022. The owners came in after your visit and addressed the carpet stains from your stay, including new and deep cleaned carpets. There are no stains for new guests. We also installed a dog gate to the second floor to help dog owners keep their dogs on the tiled first floor. The owners added 5 new sofa. This is a big enhancement to the first floor living rooms. There have been some high winds in FL and the screen doors are scheduled to be fixed in the next few weeks. The house has all the utensils and plates needed. We added 12 new sets of dishes and wine glasses. And new mickey oven mits, as they keep disappearing :). We take our home cleaning and home living seriously and will continue to improve our home here at Solterra Resort. We have great cleaners, and take pride in our home. We trust you enjoyed your stay during Christmas week, as this was a busy time for our staff.

Would Stay Again

PROS: This house is perfect for a large family vacation. We had a group of 11 (6 adults, 5 kids) stay for the week. Beautifully and tastefully decorated. Well stocked kitchen - coming from a family that cooks and has/ needs/ requires all the gadgets. BEDS WERE SO COMFORTABLE!! I never sleep well when I travel and I had zero issues this trip. The wifi signal was great. It was exactly a 3 minute walk from the back yard to the resort amenities! The pool and hot tub and slide was a great addition to the private pool/ hot tub we had at the house. Location of home was very convenient to interstate and lots of stores/ gas stations and restaurants. Love that pool and bath towels were provided!!! ISSUES (with resolutions): Pool Hot Tub: upon arrival and following instructions to heat up the spa, we had the jets on for 4+ hours from 4pm-8pm with no result. It stayed cold. This was fixed at no charge to us with a phone call. Not a huge fan of the limited hours the spa can get hot but due to the parks closing early from the tropical storm, this didn’t affect us much if at all. Pool had debris in it from storm/ winds and a missing square of mesh in the pool cover. Not really an issue - just something we had to deal with until pool cleaners came as the pool net was broken. House Temp: it was HOT when we arrived but quickly cooled once we turned the AC down, plugged all the fans in and closed the doors to the bedrooms. It’s a large house to cool so this is understandable. It took a bit to get ahold of the manager of the house to resolve the spa issue but once I got in contact with him, he was great and very helpful. A complaint for Solterra Resort Clubhouse…. We could tell that the employees running the pool, slide, lazy river and hot tub area did not want to work. When we had an issue with our hot tub heating, we decided to head to the clubhouse. It was 8:45pm and we knew the clubhouse closed at 9pm but really just wanted to get a little relaxation in. Upon our arrival, the gentleman stated that they would be closing in 15 minutes so if we wanted to come back tomorrow… no thanks. The day after Nicole, my husband took the kids to the resort pool. It was a beautiful clear day. At some point, the staff came and stated that there was lightening in the area and to clear the lazy river area and go to the main pool deck which is beside the lazy river No one was asked to leave the main pool at all??? Overall a great place to stay!

Perfect stay, Absolutely LOVED this home!

Happy to report we were VERY PLEASED with our stay in this VRBO property in Solterra Resort!!! Throughly Enjoyed the home itself and accommodations all the way around, layout, kitchen supplies and cleanliness. The property was VERY beautiful and VERY CLEAN, we enjoyed treating it with grace & respect. Never saw any signs of bugs or anything unkept! Very very pleased, furniture with covers were also a nice piece of mind for cleanliness between tenants. Game room was cool and Although it was disclosed, If I could say one thing would’ve improved our stay, it would’ve been a better pool table in the game room to enjoy. One of the reasons we rented was because of the game room, but the pool table was simply not functional in its condition. A small request for an awesome all around home! I will say the family did enjoy building puzzles in exchange though, which was a pretty big gap filler for the kids since the pool was still too cold to swim in, but Hot tub on other hand heated up well and was definitely rewarding in exchange! Thanks for having such a beautiful place to offer, we would luv to come back to this as a home away from home! Fantastic!

First vacation was amazing

This was our family’s first ever vacation and belles vacation made it so simple. We got their a few hours delayed due to the weather of Florida… but when we walked in the house it was amazing the kids enjoyed it and the property was so clean! My son is 6 and already said when do we come back so we will be reaching out for next year as this was such a great experience! The Reiners

Only one negative about my stay

Only downfall was that random strangers would cut through your yard, walk right past your screen door to get to the community amenenities this becaame very annoying as they were normally in groups and not very discreet about it. May signs should be posted that that is not allowed for the safety and privacy of the residence in thosed homes.

We loved the house! It totally met the needs of our family. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Loved the amenities of the property. Would definitely stay here again!
