Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a 20 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom (with bath). Wi-Fi, sheets and towels are included. The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 20 m² living room with TV and double sofa bed
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and dining area
- A bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed (180×200)
- A bathroom with bath and WC

For even more comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: barbecue, plancha grill, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A shared swimming pool (unheated and secure) open all year round
- A 10 m² terrace with a view of the vineyards and furniture to enjoy the sunny days

The flat is ideally located in Azille, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
