Located in a recent and unique residence set directly on the lake, with privileged access to a private beach, the apartment is laid out as follows:

- Lounge corner with sofa bed (140x190 cm) serving as additional bedding
- Fully equipped kitchenette: ceramic hob, combined microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, cutting board, Dolce Gusto coffee machine…

- Bedroom with two single beds (80x190 cm) that can be joined together, with storage cupboards

Transport :
- Regular bus lines SIBRA Y51 and 15, with a stop located near the apartment (“Église”), allow easy access to Annecy city center (approx. 15 minutes) as well as nearby beaches (5 minutes).
- Geneva International Airport is about 45 minutes away by car. Bus connections and private shuttles also link Geneva to Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend taxis or ride-hailing services.
If you come by car, a private residents’ parking lot is available. However, spaces are not assigned.

- High-quality hotel-grade bed linen and towels (4/5 stars) are provided. Beds will be made upon arrival. - Tea towels and bath mats are also available.

Without a duly signed contract, we will unfortunately not be able to give you access to the accommodation. This does not affect the terms and conditions agreed via our website or via the various rental platforms.

On site, you will be personally welcomed by a representative selected by Cocoonr Annecy. They will show you the apartment, answer your questions, and hand over the keys.
