3 Bed, 2 Bath Condo, corner building, 1 block to the beach. Large Master Suite with king bed and private full bath. Second bedroom “kids room” with two bunk beds and 1 trundle (sleeps 5). Third bedroom with king bed. All bedside tables with usb charging ports.

Living room with spacious seating, 55” flat screen tv, pull out sofabed, top tier xfinity cable package and wifi speeds.

Everything we could think of to provide for you, we did! If we don't have it, please let us know, we'll add it!

Linens provided: including beach towels, bath towels, and bedsheets. Paper sundries (paper towels, napkins, & toilet paper.

Yes, one soft cooler and one hard cooler stored in the unit, and one “igloo” cooler in the beach closet

-Is there a blender?

Yes

-Is there a coffee machine? Yes, there is a keurig machine.and ground coffee maker.

-Are there baking/cooking supplies?

Mixing bowls, a whisk, full assortment of pots and pans. Also seran wrap, aluminum foil, and ziplock bags to pack up meals for the beach.

-Does the building have a place to keep bikes?

Yes, there is a bike rack just steps from the beach closet

-Is the pool open 24/7?

No, out of respect for our neighbors, the pool hours are 10am-7:30 pm

-Are there hair dryers?

Yes, mounted to the wall next to both bathroom sinks

-Is there an ironing board?

Yes, ironing board and iron stored in the master closet

-Is there an ice maker in the freezer?

Yes, automatic ice maker with water line attached

-Whats included in the beach closet?

A minimum of 8 beach chairs, two beach umbrellas and one beach tent, an igloo cooler, sand toys, sand shovels, footballs, frisbees, at least 4 “swimmies”/ vests for kids, two beach carts (one wagon, one “wonder wheeler”), a crab trap, a mesh beach bag, beach matts/beach blankets, at least 4 body boards for body surfing, “noodles” for the pool, a bicycle pump, and a hose to hose off equipment (or yourself)

-Are pets allowed?

Per condo association rules, pets are not allowed in rentals. Service animals are allowed, but require prior notice with a description of the service the pet provides
