The Space:
On the main floor: you'll find the living room, a bright and friendly space, with a comfortable sofa bed for your nights. The modern, well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare your meals.

Downstairs: accessible via a small staircase, the shower room is located in a cosy and functional, albeit small, space.

The whole flat is 162 sq. ft, so small but the flat is very well organized and optimized, the upstairs and downstairs area are only separated by a small stair case, no door to separate both spaces.

Getting Around:
The studio is ideally located in the vibrant 11ᵉ arrondissement of Paris, on Boulevard Beaumarchais, just a 1-minute walk from the Bastille metro station.

Here you'll find lines 1, 5 and 8, offering quick access to the capital's main sights.

In less than 15 minutes, you can reach iconic attractions such as the Louvre, Place de la Concorde and the Arc de Triomphe. The lively, trendy Bastille district is packed with cafés, restaurants and boutiques for a total immersion in Parisian life.
