A day of fun at the beach is only a short stroll away using the traffic light crosswalk. Fill up the wagon with beach toys galore, including Surfboards, Body Boards, Beach Chairs, Umbrellas, Sandtoys & More!

Your private backyard oaisis is set in a quiet neighborhood that gives you the choice of playing games with the family, relaxing in a hammock, telling stories around the firepit , watching an outdoor movie, grilling a delicious meal & sipping drinks in the shade of the tiki. Oh, don't forget you have your own private free heated large pool too (Dec.15th-April 30th).

Near the property, you can start your morning with a gorgeous sunrise & a stroll on the beach. Then, you can hop on the property bikes & ride into town for a bite to eat or hit one of the boutique shops to find unique treasures. If you’re timing is right, you might feel the sonic boom of one of our many rockets blasting into Space & watch it happen right from the driveway . You can also take the property kayaks and paddleboards to the nearby river and explore the 1000 islands of Cocoa Beach. You can often see birds of all kinds, manatee, & dolphin.

After exploring the town you can head back to your vacation home for a dip in your private pool. You’ve worked up an appetite so it feels great to sit down for a delicious meal, some great conversation & a few rounds of your favorite games. End the night with some quiet music and stories around the fire.
