Bedroom #1 (Master) has a queen-sized wood sleigh bed and a large Hollywood Juniper tree outside the front window provides privacy. Bedroom #2 (Garden Room) has a queen-sized day bed and French doors to the backyard, space for working, and a changing table/dresser. Bedroom #3 (Twins Room) has two twin beds and a double reading light that offers a quiet and cozy space with a garden view.

Depending on the season, enjoy meals on the back deck. An easy-to-use grill provides outdoor cooking opportunities. The hot tub is nestled in the back corner among trees.

Three monitoring cameras that capture video and sound are located: 1) front porch/front yard, 2) driveway, and 3) inside the garage. Cameras are not located inside the house or in the backyard. These are used to confirm guest occupancy if needed.
