Perfect vacation home for our family

We loved everything about this vacation home. From the sparkling pool and the fire pit to the location which was close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Inside the owner has provided great attention to detail making it comfortable for a longer stay. This time it was just my husband and I, but we hope to return soon and bring our daughter and her family.

Thanksgiving 2023

Everything for our stay was perfect! The kitchen was well stocked and easy to work in to prepare our menu items for the holiday. The pool and yard were amazing! We enjoyed our time outdoors and swimming. The dogs had plenty of space and were safe in the fenced yard. The beds, linens, and robes were top notch and we all had a wonderful visit. We hope to stay with y'all again soon!

Great getaway

Lovely property. Beautiful landscaping. Close to the beach. We enjoyed a great family getaway. Only draw back was the pool wasn’t heated and it was a cold snap but I understand the owners were planning on having one installed. Otherwise a great time.

Beautiful home

Susanna was great to work with planning our stay and with any questions we had. We loved the home it was a nice quiet neighborhood .The home was lovely, very clean updated stocked with everything you would need . Love that it looked new . The pool was beautiful and it was nice to have a fenced in yard very private . Great location close to our family that lives at The Dunes in Naples . Highly recommend

PERFECTION!

Repeating “Wow” is what I said upon our arrival at Casa Delphin. This home is beautifully decorated and updated, extremely clean and very welcoming and comfortable. The pool was used every day of our month stay. Susana was easy to communicate with, and she is a gracious, thoughtful host. I did not want to leave.

Wonderful trip and stay!

This home is beautifully done and just as described. It was impeccably clean and thoroughly stocked and labeled. The attention to detail was amazing. The pool and backyard space were perfect for our family and dogs! Some days, we didn’t feel the need to go anywhere, which added to the relaxation! Susana was so wonderful and kind to work with - very quick to respond to answer any questions leading up to the trip, and she even had toys ready for our girls. So thoughtful! I cannot recommend this home enough! We hope to come back here someday!

Excellent Overall rental for 7 days

We loved our stay overall. The house is on a quiet street, yet it’s less than 2 miles from the beach. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was impeccably stocked- she’s though of everything! We used the pool every day. The only part that we wish we could change is are the inside walls of the pool. They are super sharp from the concrete speckles and my kids got abrasions from rubbing up against it or trying to push off with their feet. So, just be careful with that! Loved loved loved it! We def be back!

Awesome home and host!

This home has everything. The description and pictures are spot on. The pool is amazing and the backyard is so peaceful. Quiet neighborhood and fabulous ice cream shop walkable from home. We had the most relaxing week. Susana is also a great host and super friendly if you need anything during your stay.

North Naples Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay! The home is absolutely lovely, beachy and exactly as described - and everything was super clean and organized. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook - and even dog bowls for our puppy. The backyard and landscaping were just beautiful. We enjoyed all our meals on the deck by the (heated) pool, and we enjoyed using the bikes to ride to the beach and check out the area. There are some restaurants worth visiting close by, and the neighborhood was very nice and quiet. We would most definitely stay again!

This property has it all!

We arrived Valentine’s evening to a sweet card, flowers and candy. The house was all lit up to show the wonderful amenities...which are plentiful! We have stayed at many VRBO properties and this one is top notch. From the pool, to the fire pit, to a fully stocked updated kitchen this rental has it all! Every day we rode bikes (that are provided) to the beach and to nearby restaurants. We also enjoyed dinners, made on the bbq grill, by the pool. All you need to pack are your clothes and a swimsuit as the owners have thought of everything else! Enjoy!

Exceeds Expectations

Pictures do not do this beautiful home justice. We were so comfortable in this immaculate, beautiful home. The amenities and attention to detail in anticipation of a guest’s needs were amazing. I actually got in trouble with my husband for hauling down things I would normally need in a vaca rental to get us started like an extra throw, coffee and filters, and Kleenex etc. The owners have thought of everything. The pool and yard are gorgeous- private and quiet. The fire pit at night was fantastic. All the bedrooms have lovely bedding, ceiling fans, great storage and individual tvs. Close proximity to the beach, great restaurants, shopping.
