We’ve just returned from a lovely week in this beautiful house, celebrating my mum’s 80th birthday, and it was absolutely perfect for the occasion.There were 20 family members travelling from Scotland, Denmark and Australia, so finding somewhere where we could all stay under one roof, while still having our own space, was really important — and this house was ideal.The location was fantastic. Being within walking distance of the town meant we could easily get out and about without having to rely on the cars all the time.The pool, table tennis and boules were a huge hit with the younger members of the family, who even organised their own tournament at the end of the week! There was plenty to keep everyone entertained, whatever their age.The house itself has everything you could possibly need for a large group and made the perfect base for our family celebration. We did have a small issue with the dishwasher, but it was dealt with quickly and someone came out to fix it the very next day — excellent service.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special birthday. We highly recommend this property for family holidays, celebrations or any larger group looking for somewhere spacious, comfortable and welcoming. We’d love to come back!
