Our newly renovated condo is on the 12th floor, 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, this 955 sq. ft. condo is located right on the beach with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Pelican Beach Resort is in the heart of Destin right on the beach and very close to many attractions, Destin Marina, Harborwalk and fancy restaurants.

This unit is a 2 Bedroom unit with master bedroom overlooking the gulf. It is a large unit, sleeps 6 and has a washer/dryer inside the unit.

The living room has a BRAND NEW queen sleeper sofa featuring an 8" Cozy Mattress, a new 65” smart TV with breathtaking views of the gulf . The master bedroom has a king-size bed, new 50” smart TV with sliding doors accessing the large balcony with a fabulous ocean view. The second bedroom has 2BRAND NEW twin beds with JAMISON pillow top mattresses with quick access to the second bathroom.

Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with NEW stainless steal appliances, granite countertops that is open to the dining and living room area that overlooks the gulf.

Our condo has a key-less entry door lock system, so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay. Your vacation should be relaxing; no more lock outs or lost keys.

We offer a selection of amenity set together with a complimentary welcome package. Startup supply of toilet papers, hand soap in both bathrooms and kitchen, dish liquid, dish sponge, dishwasher tablets, in the kitchen. Towles and wash clothes for each bathroom.

PETS are not allowed per the HOA (no matter how small).

ABOUT THE RESORT:
Pelican Beach Resort is the prime family destination of the area. It is right on the beach with a private beach area with a Tiki Bar and beach service for food and drink. You can rent an umbrella, and chairs at the beach. Hint, Chairs and umbrella does not come with condo rental. It would be best if you are wanting a good spot on the beach to call ahead and reserve beach chairs and umbrella from LA DOLCE VITA 866-651-1869. They also rent paddle boards, kayaks, and bicycles. There's a bike rack by the parking garage. Tiki bar and chair rental is seasonal.

No smoking/vaping in the facility, or condos, or balcony. There are two designated smoking areas. The Resort has power to evict those who violate the rules.

Condo rules and fire code allows for a maximum of 6 people unit.

Check-in is at 4pm, check-out is at 10am.

If you arrive early, feel free to enter into the resort. You can go to the front desk and get your parking pass and resort wristband and enjoy the beach and the pools until check in time arrives. However, we do not allow early check-ins to the unit.

Our condo is managed by Pelican Beach Management, Inc., the on-site management company. Guest Service Desk staff available 24/7. In addition, if there are any issues, we are available by phone /text 24/7.

The Pelican Beach maintenance team is working hard to make sure that the unit is impeccably clean and ready for your stay. During busy season times when we have back to back bookings - your check-in time may vary between 4pm and 6pm. Thank you for understanding!
