The Cozy Cottage offers plenty of room to relax, with over 1,600 square feet of space divided amongst two floors. Defined by warm tones, fur and rustic textures, this is the perfect place for your family's mountain escape.

The space
At the heart of the home is the main living area, where you’ll discover plenty of space to relax and unwind. There’s a plush seating area with cozy décor and a fireplace, plus a large-screen TV. You’ll also find two leather chairs—a wonderful space to kick back and chat over evening cocktails.

The main living space is also open to the dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking utensils, pots, pans and lovely dishes you need—whether you’re creating a warm meal in the crockpot or raising a glass of red over your take-out pizza. A peninsula with two bar stools, plus a dining table that can seat six people comfortably, provides plenty of room to come together.

The first floor master includes a plush king bed and large master bathroom with a beautiful free-standing soaker tub. Make your way upstairs to a cozy designated work space and into the loft that includes a big screen tv, perfect for a family movie night on the twin size trundle day bed, or cozy up for a fun family game night. In addition, you’ll find a bedroom that includes two full size beds with a beautiful mountain view and the third bedroom with a comfy king size bed and small porch area to enjoy the brisk mornings and your favorite cup of coffee.

And of course, no mountain house is complete without a porch and four season views. The expansive back deck has a fire pit with four Adirondack chairs, a 6-person dining table and two hanging chair swings - a peaceful escape, a place to take in the fresh mountain air and look down toward the surrounding nature.

The Wintergreen resort is 1.5 miles, and a quick walk or bike ride takes you directly to the hiking trails. After a long day on the mountain or nearby wineries/breweries, the Cozy Cottage is a true respite.
