ROSE Holidays is delighted to present this charming apartment located in Angers, on the 2nd floor of a building without a lift, in a quiet and pleasant neighbourhood, close to the city centre.

The accommodation consists of:
Bright living room with double sofa bed, coffee table, dining table and TV.
Semi-open equipped kitchen: microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine (Dolce Gusto), washing machine and kitchen utensils
Independent bedroom: comfortable double bed and storage.
Bathroom: Shower and separate WC.
Balcony, perfect for enjoying beautiful days!
Easy and paid parking on the street

Ideal location near amenities, public transport, shops and just a few minutes from the city centre of Angers.
