We welcome you to this detached, two-story townhouse of over 60m², ideally located a 2-minute walk from the Luma Tower and the Parc des Ateliers, a 10-minute walk from the Arena and 20 minutes from the SNCF train station.

You will have all amenities nearby (bakery, tobacconist, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, organic supermarket).

Completely renovated, this space combines old-world charm with modern comforts!

The living area is located on the ground floor. It's bright and inviting, allowing you to spend quality time in the living room and kitchen with family or friends. This space includes a living room, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The sleeping area is located upstairs and includes two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The first terracotta bedroom has a 140x190 cm bed and storage space for all your personal belongings (dresser and walk-in closet). The second olive-green bedroom also includes a 140x190 cm bed and plenty of storage space (walk-in closet).
Sheets and towels are provided for all occupants.
The bathroom is separate from the bedrooms; you'll find a walk-in shower with a vanity and a toilet.
Free parking is available in the streets adjacent to the house.
The accommodation is ideal for teleworking thanks to fiber optics.

This house is ideal for 4 people.
However, we can accommodate up to 6 people thanks to our new sofa bed (a real 12cm mattress will be available for sleeping like a real bed).

If you would like to use the sofa bed when there are 4 or fewer of you, please let us know. A supplement of €20 will be required for bed linen.

In July and August, the city offers numerous cultural events, including the International Photography Meetings, the Les Suds Festival, and more.
The Luma Tower, which opened in June 2021, offers a wonderful opportunity for sightseeing and other discoveries (tree-lined park, bars, restaurants, exhibitions, etc.).
