The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this charming 290 m² renovated farmhouse in Surville for rent, which can accommodate up to 15 guests. Ideal for holidays with friends or family, it features a pretty 90 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, seven bedrooms, five bathrooms (with showers and baths) and a 600 m² garden. Combining modern design with the charm of period furniture, you'll enjoy unrivalled peace and quiet. With Wi-Fi and quality bedding (sheets and towels) included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises

- An attractive 90 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, stove and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

- Master suite 1: queen-size bed (160x200) and en-suite shower room (with shower and WC)
- Master suite 2: queen-size bed (160x200) and en-suite shower room (with shower and WC)

- A cinema room, perfect for relaxing with family or friends. Come rain or shine, enjoy a cocooning interlude in front of a good film.

The house is ideally located in Surville, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Deauville beach, around 15 km away, with its watersports centre
- Golf Barrière Saint-Julien or Espace Ô Spa, around 2 km away

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private outdoor car park.
