Alpine Villa is a large luxury home RIGHT ON Ashley Lake. Come and fall in love with the crystal clear, turquoise blue water of Ashley Lake! We love spending time here with our family and hope that you will too. This is the perfect place to bring a book and unwind or have all the family fun you can possibly fit into a week. Enjoy swimming in the lake, fishing right from the dock, (Ashley lake is known for its abundance of yellow perch, rainbow trout and kokanee salmon) or watching the wildlife. I personally enjoy watching the bald eagles. We also have good wifi at the house so you can connect with the outside world (though you probably won’t want to). Ashley lake is pristine nature at its best. It will WOW you!
The property is 35 minutes from Kalispell and about 60 miles from Glacier National Park.

The Home
1. You will enjoy private use of this large home. With over 4,000 square feet, it has 4 bedrooms (2 of which are master suites), 5 bathrooms and 2 large family rooms. Spend time outside on any of the 3 decks overlooking the lake.

Entry level
Enter the house into a large open great room with kitchen, dining area and a spacious living room. The windows looking out to the gorgeous aqua blue waters of Ashley Lake will grab your attention right away. Step out onto the deck to enjoy the breathtaking views. On this level you will find 2 bedrooms, (one with a Queen sized bed and the other has 2 bunk beds. There is also a pack and play for a baby if needed). Guest laundry and a bathroom are on this floor as well.
Go up the flight of stairs to find the LARGE master suite with a king sized bed and more beautiful lake views. Master bathroom has shower, jetted jacuzzi tub and a large walk in closet.
The kitchen has everything you will need to prepare your meals. Coffee pot, some spices, baking dishes, ect… Ashley lake is about 35 min from Kalispell so make sure you pick up all the items you need before arrival. (once you see the lake you won’t want to leave). There is also a BBQ out on the deck.

Middle Level
Go down one floor to find a large game room. The views from this room are breathtaking… 180 degree views of the lake. Here there is a large comfortable game room where you can enjoy one of the many games provided, TV or the shuffleboard table. There is a kitchenette in this room as well. On this floor you’ll find a Master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Walk right out of the master bedroom onto the deck. Relax on the comfortable patio furniture and take in the views.

Lake Level
Walk down one more flight of stairs to the bottom floor. On this floor you will find all the water toys you will need to have fun on the lake. Two kayaks, a floating pad, various sizes of life jackets and towels are all provided for your use. There is also a full bathroom with a shower for ease when you are playing in the lake. The lake is right out the door. Enjoy the large waterfront deck with 100 feet of lake frontage and the huge U shaped dock. Trust me when I tell you that you are going to want to jump right in! When evening comes, roast your hot dogs and smores in the fit pit right on the lake and enjoy more stars at night here than you have ever seen!

Arriving at the House
Please be aware that the last 9 miles to get to the property are on a very well maintained gravel road. The residents of the lake actually love that the road is gravel as it keeps the lake more quiet and private. The drive is gorgeous and I guarantee you that the little bit of dust on your vehicle will be well worth it once you see this hidden treasure of a lake!

Parking
NO events or parties to be held at the home. NO smoking and NO pets.
There is a max of 8 guests and 3 cars. The house is on a very small dead end road that is only used by the residents that live on it. We love our neighbors and want them to love us too so we require that there be no more than 3 cars. The only place to park is right in front of the house and you will need to park here and also turn around in this space to leave as there is no place to turn around farther down the road. Please DO NOT park or turn around anywhere else than just in front of the house in the marked spaces. Please go out of your way to be respectful of our neighbors' space and property.
If you are bringing your own boat please let us know ahead of time and we can give you a couple ideas of where to store your trailer while at the lake as there is not room to park a boat or boat trailer at the house. There are also businesses in Kalispell that you can rent a boat from and they will bring it right to the lake and put it in for you. We can recommend some to you.
