Welcome! Come enjoy this beautiful 4 BR/2 BA centrally-located home in a quiet residential neighborhood. This location offers easy exploring to Glacier National Park (34.3 miles), Flathead Lake (11.9 miles), Whitefish Resort (21.4 miles) and more! Only minutes from Kalispell’s premiere shopping center and the hospital (1.9 miles). Enjoy all the recreation Montana has to offer in every direction with this prime central location. The opportunities are endless with this property as your home base.
The space
This newly remodeled 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is a perfect landing pad while visiting the beautiful Flathead Valley.
The house is located in a quiet, safe and well kept neighborhood with many home owners that show pride of ownership. There is an elementary and middle school nearby and the neighborhood park is within walking distance down the tree lined street where you can let your kids play at the playground or play fetch with your furry friends. The house is meticulously maintained inside and out with professional services including lawn maintenance.
From this neighborhood you can easily take a stroll to The Great Northern Historical Trail (Rails to Trails) that extends 22 miles of paved trails through Montana's Flathead Valley offering unmatched views of the surrounding mountains or enjoy a quick hike at Lone Pine State Park. While this neighborhood is centrally located, it is not walking distance to restaurants/ bars or shopping. All of these can be found within a short few minute drive.
Come enjoy this beautiful home with plenty of additional amenities and comforts you need while experiencing the adventures Montana offers. This fully remodeled home offers single level living for ease during your stay. The space is cooled with central A/C!
The living room offers a relaxing space with an over stuffed plush couch that is perfect for chilling out after a long day or for a comfortable sleeping experience if extra space is needed. The TV offers a Roku for streaming capabilities. Be sure to bring your log in information! (cable TV is not provided). Games are also provided, as are some books and magazines. There are battery operated candles in the living room lanterns for added ambiance. Complementary wifi is provided and the log in information is framed on the kitchen counter.
The kitchen space offers ample counter space, new stainless steal appliances and is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cooking supplies, plenty of tupperware and extra essentials like tin foil, saran wrap and spices. There is of course a coffee pot with coffee, creamers and sugar as well as a kettle and tea selection. The 6 person dining table is perfect to enjoy meals together.
Off the dining room there is a sliding glass door that opens up to a stamped concrete patio with 6 person outdoor patio table with chairs, a solar powered umbrella with lighting and a flat top BBQ. If you'r looking to relax by a fire enjoy the gas fireplace with a simple push of a button. The backyard is fully fenced (pets welcome with fee).
The master suite features a four post king bed with a plush down comforter, two night stands, bench/seat, a makeup table and stool, a full length mirror, a sizable dresser and a full walk in closet with hangers. There is an extra blanket located in the closet as well as a pack 'n play if needed for the little ones. There is an ensuite with a single vanity, toilet, bathtub/shower combo and includes bathroom essentials with extra bath towels as well as eye makeup remover towels.
The second and third bedrooms offer a plush queen pillow top mattress with extra pillows, a side table, an extra blanket located in the closet, standing fans, a dresser and a closet with hangers. Each one is uniquely decorated for a more enjoyable experience.
The fourth bedroom has 2 single beds with extra large memory foam mattresses for added comfort whether they are being used by a child or adult. There is a partial dresser for use, a night stand, closet and plenty of children toys and activities on the top shelf as well as an extra blanket or two with a side table lamp if needed (room is on a light dimmer).
The hallway bathroom is a full large bath with tub/shower combo, single vanity, toilet, extra bath towels, hand towels, extra toilet paper, first aid kit, lotion and additional little extras that come in handy such as eye make up remover, Q-tips and more.
The washer and dryer are HE and are for guest use. There is laundry detergent, softener and bleach for added convenience.

I have lived in Montana for over 20 years and am originally from Oregon. I love creating beautiful spaces and found a love in hosting guests that want to experience the magnificent Flathead Valley. Summers are my absolute favorite and you can usually find me outside working or playing at the lake!

I built this home in 2008 and raised my oldest child there (Jordan) where you will see his height marked on a door jam! This neighborhood is quiet and family oriented. The scene is one of quietness, family, neighborly and warmth. Easily stroll the sidewalks and head to the neighborhood park and enjoy some large space to play or run the dogs. The nearby paved walking trail is also just down the street with access to over 20 miles of paved bike/ walking paths. The location is one of my favorites about this home!
