It has two floors and three levels, with a surface area of 110 m² and can accommodate up to six adults and two children. It comprises a 35 m² living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two shower rooms and a garden of around 300 m². Wi-Fi, sheets and towels included. The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 35 m² living room with TV, fireplace, sofa bed, dining area and open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A separate toilet with washbasin

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: one emperor-size bed (200×220) and adjoining office with pull-out bed (two beds 90×190) with workspace
- Shower room with shower and washing machine
- Separate toilet

Second floor:
- Bedroom 4: cathedral bedroom with a king-size bed (180×200)
- A shower room (with shower) and toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, table and iron.
