- A beautiful 100 m² garden, private and partially enclosed, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

For greater comfort, the owners provide a fan.

The cottage is ideally located in Capbreton, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market, etc.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
