However this apartment is located in Boulevard Heights just minutes away from Carondelet Park surrounded by bike and walking trails so I’m not sure as to why it was not “walkable”. Ive never stated downtown to be close to this unit, however It is approximately a 15 minute drive without lots of traffic but when there’s popular festivities downtown such as cardinals game etc..yes it will take about 20 minutes to get there due to heavy traffic. I’m not sure what CVS store you went to but I’ve never known the area to be “unsafe” and Im not sure why the store itself has products locked, but I have seen this become common in lots of stores around Missouri. We make sure that we supply fresh clean linen. It’s not all “brand new” , however it is cleaned after each and every guest which is mandatory. My apologies about the LOUD neighbor. If it was reported to me I could have warned those guest about noise and depending on the situation I could have asked those guest to leave due to disturbance of peace. The “aroma” I’m not sure about as the unit is always cleaned and satanized. We also supply smell good plug-ins and air fresheners. All of the furniture in the unit is hole free, I tested the mattress you was preferring to and didn’t see that. I also asked the guest that checked in after you all as well and no one’s experienced that or other things you stated to be unpleasant. Thanks
