Exceptional good location close to all amenities It is spacious and bright with good bedding. The kitchen is impeccable. Comfort at every level A small personal comment: I would have liked to have either a second pillow or a slightly larger pillow, just for my own personal use.

: Great location. Close to the Metro station. A lot of space and comfortable beds. Kitchen is equiped with everything needed. There was 24/7 support available. Strong WiFi signal. The sheets had dark spots. We asked and payed for 2 covers on each bed but we got just 1 additional set. The toilet is not situated to be comfortable. It was incommodious.

In a comfortable, clean and pleasant setting. The accommodation was on the second floor of a flat in a very nice, newly built apartment block (with a lift), just a two-minute walk from the Metro 7 station. We were in central Paris within 20 minutes. Fully equipped with an iron, hairdryer, hygiene kit and all the other amenities shown in the photos. We communicated with the host via email, which was fine. We were able to collect the key from a grocery shop, which isn’t too close to the accommodation. We were there in mid-May, so it wasn’t too hot yet. We didn’t need it, but there’s no air conditioning, just a fan. It’s worth bearing this in mind.

Our experience at this accommodation was very satisfactory. We travelled as a family and the place exceeded our expectations from the very beginning. The location is very convenient, which allowed us to get around easily and enjoy the surroundings without any complications. The room was spacious, comfortable and very well laid out, ideal for accommodating the whole family. Everything was very clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and a cosy atmosphere that allowed for a good rest after long days of sightseeing. The facilities have all the necessary amenities, including a modern bathroom, good lighting, adequate heating and well-designed spaces for groups or families. We also highlight the tranquillity of the place, even though it is located in an area close to points of interest. The service and communication from the accommodation were very good, and everything was well organised from arrival to departure. Without a doubt, it is a place that we highly recommend for families or groups, both for its comfort and its excellent value for money. We would gladly stay here again. Everything was excellent.
