ROSE Holidays offers you this charming apartment, nestled on the 4th floor without a lift, with a superb view of Saint-Joseph Church. This accommodation, located in a calm and central district of Angers, offers you an ideal setting for a stay for two, combining comfort and authenticity.

The accommodation consists of:
Living Room Lounge: bathed in light, sofa and dining table with magnificent view of Saint-Joseph Church.
Fully equipped open kitchen: induction hob, oven, refrigerator, kettle and coffee maker (PHILIPS).
Separate bedroom: large double bed with breathtaking view of the city rooftops.
Modern bathroom: shower, washbasin and integrated WC.
Paid parking in the surrounding streets.
Location:
Ideal location for travelling peacefully but close to shops, restaurants and public transport.
