Featuring wonderful views of the creek and the Atlantic Ocean, you will have no trouble slipping right into relaxation mode in no time as you sip a cup of coffee or evening glass of wine on the deck. Each day can be spent kayaking, fishing, and boating in the inlet, as you will have a private dock at your fingertips. Plus, you can easily walk and bike throughout this safe neighborhood all the way to the nearby state park! Don't forget to take advantage of the outdoor shower, Ping-Pong table, and shaded seating areas under the deck when you return from the beach. When you find yourself having a bit of downtime, the whole gang will love the soaring ceilings, living room fireplace, shiplap accents, brand new paint, and beautiful furnishings that set this home apart. Everyone can gather in the living area as the sun goes down or retreat to one of the four bedrooms to get some privacy. The primary suite is on the lower floor, featuring an attached bath, and the other three bedrooms are on the second floor.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Dock details: There is a long walking pier along with a large, private floating dock in about five feet of water at low tide. Guests may bring their boats, but they must also provide their own ropes and equipment. Jet Skis are prohibited.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book. Guests under 30 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
