Modern apartment located just 10 minutes walk from downtown La Fortuna, great amenities so you can have an excellent experience during your visit in La Fortuna. It features two bedrooms with A/C and Cable TV, private bathroom with hot water, fully equipped kitchen, refreshing pool area, WiFi (60 Megabytes), washing machine Dryer, living room where you can relax or go to the balcony and have a cold drink sightseeing the beautiful town of La Fortuna.

Comfortable and modern apartment located just 10 minutes walk from downtown La Fortuna, close to supermarkets and restaurants. The apartment has access to the swimming pool and private parking with electric gate.

We have 3 apartments in total in the property, each one is very private; in case you are looking a bigger space you can contact us for information about the other two apartments in the property.

We have an office in downtown La Fortuna, the name is Home Vacations La Fortuna where we meet our guests for CHECK IN PROCESS and we will provide a quick welcome information about the area, also we have any tour in the area with the best rates.
Once you book our property we will send you a detailed information with everything you need to get here :)

We will be available every day 8 AM to 8 PM for our guests and we have a cellphone number that works 24/7 in case of any issues or any information you need.

Clean and very spacious appartment. Quiet but walking distance from action. Nice pool. Well equiped kitchen ( except for the unsharp knives). Would have been the perfect place if it wasn’t for the strong musty smell. It was really annoying (and pretty sure not very healthy).

Fantastic stay!

Clean accommodations, great communication and fantastic location! Located a 10 minute walk to the main strip in La Fortuna. The neighborhood is a bit rundown but we felt very safe due to the locked gates that secure the property.

We are Eder & Allen, two good friends that have more than 15 years of experience working in tourism in La Fortuna, we grew up in this little town and decided to work together creating Home Vacations La Fortuna on 2015, our main goal: Make things easier and simple to our guest.
On 2018 we create The House of Tours to provide our guests the best experiences during their stay in La Fortuna/Arenal Volcano area, we have the best tour and transportation services/rates in the area.
We manage/own about 30 properties in La Fortuna, we have a wide variety of options: private bedrooms, apartments, cabins, homes and villas up to 25 people some of them with private pools, hot tubs, nice opens areas, creeks nearby and more facilities. Over this years we have met lots of people which is one of the best things about working in tourism, every day we work very hard to make our guest happy so our business has been very successful thanks to the good reviews that we get.
Adding The House of Tours we hire ALONSO which is a expert tour guide and he works with us in the office so we can offer anything you need in La Fortuna, we have an office in downtown La Fortuna where we meet our guest so you don’t have to go around looking your property just get to our office and we will guide you to your place. Once you book with us you will have access to our Drive Carpet with Check In information, general information about La Fortuna, restaurants recommendations, amazing discounts in all activities, special packages, rent a car with Adobe (The best one in Costa Rica), shuttles services from anyplace in Costa Rica and more detailed information to make things easier for you; if you have questions of anything you need just send us a message a we will get back to you very soon.
