Welcome to our beach house and one of Naples Park most unique homes. Four Seasons Rentals presents Naples Key West Bungalow – a tropical oasis tucked away in the North Naples, Naples Park neighborhood. This quaint and charming home offers a nice blend of laid back South Florida style and easy living — perfect for small families or couples. Recently updated with colorful design touches and useful enhancements.

Layout
This one-level home offers relaxation indoors and out with 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. All beds are queen-size. Sheets, blankets, and towels are provided. With one-floor living, it's easy to enjoy. The smart TV in the living area offers local and some national channels, including ABC, CBS, Fox, and NBC, streaming channels like Pluto, Netflix, Amazon Prime + more.

Kitchen
The updated kitchen is bright and clean with granite countertops and modern appliances. It's fully stocked with dishes, glasses, cookware, silverware, children's dishes, a mini food processor, sheet pans, casserole dishes, a Reverse Osmosis Water filtration system (just serviced), a blender, a Keurig Duo, toaster, basic spices, a crockpot, and a mini food processor. We provide starters of laundry pods, dish pods, coffee pods, paper towels, dish liquid, shampoo, conditioner, soap, body wash, toilet paper, and trash bags to get you going. We recommend picking up additional items such as extra paper products, trash bags, special toiletries and any specific kitchen supplies you may require.

Private Pool & Landscaping
The extra-large, private pool is surrounded by grassy areas, perfect for yoga, or lounging under two umbrellas. Designed by a local landscaper, the tropical vegetation provides privacy and some shade while relaxing in the pool. Enjoy cooking meals on the gas grill located outside the kitchen door, making meal preparation easy. Hanging bistro lights illuminate the gorgeous backyard, making it easy to enjoy grilling or swimming at night. Families love to eat and congregate on the front porch table and seating area. Read a book or sip a cup of coffee in a Polywood Adirondack chair, perfectly placed under the shade of a large Seagrape tree.

Beach Gear
To enhance your trip to the beach, we offer amenities like 2 x-large beach chairs, 4 regular size chairs, two umbrellas and a sand anchor to make your beach outings hassle-free. A selection of sand toys and floats are located in the garage for your use.

Location
This property is just a 10-minute drive off I-75 and centrally located to the best shopping North Naples has to offer. The property is located within a five-minute drive to Wiggins State Park (our favorite), which has amazing white beaches. Just a little hint. Get there early in the high season. Located in North Naples in the quiet Naples Park neighborhood. 5 minutes to Publix, Walmart, Mercato, LA Fitness, ice cream, movies, and restaurants. A quiet neighborhood and an ideal location close to world-class dining and shopping. Centrally located, just one mile to Vanderbilt, Whole Foods, Mercato, Walmart, Trader Joe's, Seasons 52, etc. Charter a fishing trip, kayak, rent a boat or jet skis. Marco Island is nearby along with 100 golf courses. We're a short drive to Barefoot Beach Preserve, Sun-n-Fun Lagoon, Clam's Pass, downtown Naples, 5th Ave S, Naples Zoo, Waterside Shops, and luxury shopping. So much to do!


Pets

Early Check-in/ Late Checkout
✷ If you would like an early check-in or late checkout, please let me know, and we will see if housekeeping can accommodate you. We often have same-day check-ins, so please ask if it's even possible. If housekeeping can accommodate, we charge $50 for a 1 pm check-in or for a late checkout of 1 pm. This covers housekeeping fees.
