🌿 ROSE Holidays offers this house with living space on the upper floor, located in the quiet and green neighbourhood of La Roulière, in Les Sables d'Olonne.

A peaceful setting, ideal for family holidays or trips with friends.

• Upstairs: two bedrooms, one with a double bed (160), the other with a double bed (140).

• On the garden level (garage level): a third bedroom with a double bed (140).

• Bright living room with direct access to the balcony.

• Departure: by 10 AM at the latest (not after)



🕰️ Late Arrivals

A late arrival service after 9 pm is available at an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.



🛏️ Accommodation Prepared for Your Arrival

The accommodation will be ready for you upon your arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included for a completely relaxed arrival.



🧽 Exit Instructions – Mandatory

The included housekeeping corresponds to a standard service. To ensure consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

• Wash and put away dishes

• Empty the refrigerator

• Take out the rubbish to the designated locations

• Gather used linen in the entrance of the accommodation

👉 In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if a thorough cleaning proves necessary, a supplement will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)



📩 48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:

• Instructions for your arrival

• Your digital welcome booklet, containing:

– How the accommodation works

– Wi-Fi codes

– Type of coffee machine

– Parking advice 🚗

– Information on waste disposal locations ♻️
