Nice, comfortable and clean Villa

A spacious and well-kept villa, equipped with everything, with a very nice, clean pool, which was also looked after from time to time. Everything was very tidy, the beds were very comfortable and there was enough bath and pool linen. A comfortable, luxurious place to stay, even for a longer period of time. The house is very quiet and even in stormy weather we had a lot of fun in the house during the two weeks. All the information was accurate and we felt very comfortable, we would come back anytime, thank you very much Tom.

Tolles Haus, super Lage

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist super eingerichtet. Es fehlen in der KĂŒche Kleinigkeiten aber sonst ist alles toll ausgestattet. Die Terrasse und der Pool sind auch super können aber demnĂ€chst eine kleine Renovierung vertragen. Die Lage des Hauses ist top, sehr ruhige Lage aber trotzdem zentral.

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The hosts accommodated us checking in early, left complimentary beverages and chocolate, and even had Christmas music playing when we arrived on Christmas day! The house was very clean and well kept, and all the amenities works perfectly! I would highly recommend staying here, we would love to go back!

The house was absolutely wonderful and beautifully furnished. The yard was beautifully manicured and pool was great also. However, we would have appreciated a heads up for when the pool man was to be expected so we would not have been poolside in our pajamas. That poor guy! Four senior women in our group and we could not for the life of us figure out how to work the televisions. Some written instructions would have been appreciated since we are not accustomed to the newest technology. The reason for not giving a 5 star rating was there was a problem with the airconditioner draining water in the garage from the ceiling. It was way more than dripping. When one 5 gallon pail would fill up we would xfer the hose to a second pail and then we had to drag the heavy pail (full of 5 gallons of water) outside to dump it. Many times when we would leave for the day, we would come back to water on the floor of the garage. One occasion I slipped in the water and fell onto our vehicle and then to the ground. Yes, i got hurt. We all felt the water issue should have been taken care of right away.Would we recommend your house to others? Absolutely!

This place! Absolutely beautiful, so well appointed. We had everything we needed in the kitchen for a family dinner, plenty of space to spread out. I own a house cleaning business so I pay attention to cleanliness and I have no complaints. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back again! I adore this home!

My husband and I have used for a bow for years now and this is by far the best House we have stayed in. This is also been the best experience all around. The house is beautiful and clean. The owner is very responsive. I had a question about the Wi-Fi and the owner responded right away. I definitely recommend this house and the owner.

Memories to last

The property was beautiful and spacious for the whole family! Everyone enjoyed the pool and large lanai. Fantastic layout of the home, master bedroom and master bath on one side of the house and the other two bedrooms and bath on the other side of the house. We loved how you can access the pool area from almost every room in the house. My husband and I took our family of 7, ranging from adults to our new grandchild and we all had plenty of room. This home was exactly as it appears online! We look forward to staying at Tom’s every time we come down to Cape.

Beautiful Property

The home in person looks better than the pictures (and the pictures look nice!). We loved the pool and all of the pool floats and water games.The home is very clean and well taken care of. Tom is an excellent communicator and helped us with questions we had while staying in Cape Coral over the Fourth of July holiday. We would definitely stay here again! Beautiful Stay

Home is amazing, beautiful location. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine, and a couple of beers. The house has everything you need. We used the bikes, kayak, cooler and unfortunately the guest before us broke the beach umbrella and didn't inform Tom. However everything was perfect and if it's not Tom will make sure to make it right. I look forward to staying again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

SWFL Landing Zone

The house was a great spot for us to land while we explored SWFL. The covered patio, pool, and outside space was exactly what I was looking for as some place for us to get going in the mornings and rechatge the evening. The restaurants we visited were great and I loved getting to see the burrowing owls on my morning runs.
