☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆
This home has three spacious and private bedrooms, each with its own unique charm and style. The master suite has a modern King size bed, soft linens, neutral color tones, and subtle beach-themed accents. A sliding barn door separates the bedroom from the master bath, and there’s plenty of space to move around the dressing area. If you’re working while on vacation, set your laptop up on the sleek corner desk, connect to the WiFi and work in the privacy of the room before heading out for a day of sightseeing.

The second bedroom has a King bed, bright and bold beach-inspired decor, a dresser with additional storage space, and a large closet for your belongings. This room is just steps from the family bathroom. In the dresser, you will find family games.

The third bedroom is designed with the youngest members of your party in mind. It has a bunk bed with a twin on the top and the bottom complemented by soft blankets and sheets. There’s a cozy reading corner, and enough room to play. There are toys, pack n' play, high chair, fisher price sitting chair, puzzles, games and kids activities in the closet. We also have a sound baby monitor and white noise machine.

The master bathroom is bright and airy with a deep soaking tub and a walk-in shower, along with ample storage space, charming decor, and hotel-quality towels. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower behind sliding glass doors, rainshower features, and stylish tile work.

☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆
There are so many great restaurants to try nearby, but on nights when you want to stay in, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook and serve meals.

The stunning kitchen is complete with custom wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances that pop against the white subway tile backsplash. A center island gives the family chef even more room to work and doubles as a breakfast bar. All of the drawers and cabinets are stocked with glasses, plates, serve ware and coffee mugs.

Brew coffee in the coffee maker, pop bread in the toaster, or toss some fruit into the blender for a quick and healthy breakfast in the morning. Night owls can sneak into the kitchen to use the microwave to heat a late-night snack.

The dining room sits in between the living room and kitchen and looks out over the back porch and expansive backyard. Six people can sit here comfortably, and the sunny spot is also perfect for board games, card games, or setting up laptops to plan the day’s adventure.

The main living room has soaring ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a gorgeous stone fireplace. There is also a Murphy bed in this space to add to your sleeping options. There’s a comfortable plaid couch, two oversized armchairs, and a flat-screen TV on the wall. The living room gets a lot of natural light and will easily become a favorite hang-out spot for your family.

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆
If you enjoy spending time outside, you’ll appreciate the outdoor patios and entertainment spaces this home has to offer. There is a private wooden deck that overlooks the spacious backyard, as well as a charming front patio with brick accents and comfortable outdoor lounge furniture. There is a dining table with chairs on the back patio, so the whole family can sit outside and enjoy lunch in the sun. There also is a solo stove fire pit in the backyard for fun family nights by the fire.

Enjoy a quick walk to the coastline and the private beach, due to erosion and weather, the beach is relatively small. Additionally, the beach access also has been disrupted occasionally due to weather. There are lots of beaches near by including, South Beach, North Beach, Oval Beach, and more!

Downtown Saugatuck is an 18 minute drive to the north. Fennville vineyards are about 15 minutes away. Downtown South Haven is only a 9 minute drive! We are also a 2 minute drive away from Codgal Vineyards.

Beach Conditions: The private beach is a wonderful amenity. However, please be aware that due to natural erosion and seasonal weather patterns, the size of the beach can vary, and access may occasionally be disrupted. Many beautiful public beaches are also located nearby for your enjoyment.
Winter Stays: We welcome long-term stays and are happy to host your winter escape! We offer flexible late check-in and check-out during December, January, and February to make your getaway even more relaxing.
Family-Friendly: We provide a Pack 'n Play, high chair, baby monitor, and white noise machine to make traveling with little ones easier.
