The Raie Manta Villa is a completely renovated house.
It is located in Rivedoux Plage on the Île de Ré.

You'll have a magnificent sea view. Just cross the road and you'll be on the beach in just a few steps.

The accommodation is located 350 meters from the market halls and shops.

It is fully furnished and equipped with all modern amenities for 8 to 9 people and a baby.

One additional person is welcome, sleeping on the sofa (€30 per person per day).

Rate: €25 per stay, per pet.

Linen option (fitted sheets, duvet cover, pillowcases, hand towels, tea towels, bath mats)
Rate: €20 per person.

Sheets and towels will be placed on each bed according to the number of people (fitted sheets, duvet cover, and pillowcases are installed by you). Bath mats will be in the bathrooms and tea towels in the kitchen.

We offer an optional first-aid basket including:
Coffee, tea, 1 liter of milk, chocolate powder, cake or brioche, sugar, unsalted butter, jam, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, rice, spaghetti, grated Emmental cheese, 6 yogurts, 4 compotes, 2 packets of biscuits, 1 liter of apple juice, 1 liter of orange juice, 12 eggs, 1 jar of pâté, a fuet cheese, a bottle of rosé, 1 fruit basket (1.5 kilos), 6 slices of ham, a packet of sandwich bread, 2 packets of snacks, 6 rolls of toilet paper, dishwashing tablets.

Weekly, weekend, or short-term rentals.
We adapt to your needs.

For the summer, we prefer weekly rentals, but you can arrive on a day other than Saturday (avoid traffic jams).
The best day of the week is Wednesday. It's more fluid.

You will find a charming village, lively all year round, with shops, a market, and the beach.

You can rent bikes near the house and safely enjoy all the cycle paths.
