The living area features very comfortable sofas and a TV screen, while the dining space includes a table for two.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare your meals: microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.

The bedroom includes a queen-size bed (160x200), made up with high-quality hotel-style linens. A wardrobe is available to store your belongings and make you feel right at home.

The bathroom is fitted with a sink, a mirror, and a bathtub. The toilet is separate.

Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed in the apartment.

The property is professionally cleaned between each stay.

You’ll also have access to a great bike storage room and direct access to the train station, perfect for getting around.

Right across from the building, a well-stocked shopping centre makes it easy to do your shopping and enjoy a variety of stores.

This apartment is available exclusively under a mobility lease.

For your shopping needs, all you have to do is cross the street: directly opposite the building entrance, you’ll find a large shopping mall with a supermarket, a Darty electronics store, restaurants, a DIY store, and various other shops.

All that’s left to do is unpack and enjoy!

The property is easily accessible by public transport.

Montparnasse train station is just a 3-minute walk from the apartment.

Gaîté metro station (line 13) is a 5-minute walk away.

Montparnasse metro station (lines 4, 6, and 12) is also just a 5-minute walk away.

Orly Airport is approximately a 20-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
