This is an amazing home footsteps from Tres Trapi, Boca Catalina and Arashi Beach. It is great for large groups that want to be comfortable in an amazing location. It does have a roof top deck with Ocean View.

The house is dated but it has all the amenities necessary for an amazing and comfortable vacation.

Great location on the island, away from large hotels and crowds. We had a few issues that were handled immediately by the property manager. The house is dated but very clean and comfortable. Just a short walk to a great snorkeling beach. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. I would recommend this house for a large group.

Loved living across the street from the best beach to snorkel with sea turtles and fish. It was perfect!

Great space in great location

Loved the layout of the place and all the rooms. Perfect for a bunch of friends staying together. The pool area being central to all the rooms was great. We loved the deck overlooking the ocean as well. The place needs a bit of a facelift with with just a few repairs and a paint job throughout but it was clean and we still enjoyed ourselves

The home is not accurately depicted on the VRBO site. The entrance to the property was littered. The host did not reply with information as to how to access the home - i had emailed and messaged numerous times over the week before to say i had NOT received the check-in information. The property was dingy and disgusting. There we to vents near the pool that emitted a sewage smell. The property was awful. We spent 4 hours searching for a hotel or home to rent and eventually found one on through another rental website.
