Das Hotel liegt 5 Minuten vom Baby Beach und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Zeerover Restaurant entfernt. 15 Minuten Fahrt in die Innenstadt und 20 Minuten Fahrt nach Eagle Beach oder Palm Beach. Ganz neu mit 3D-Böden. Absolut umwerfend 6 Schlafzimmer und sechs Bäder. Das Anwesen bietet Platz für 12 Personen und ich habe ein Ausziehbett für 2 zusätzliche Personen. Direkt am Meer gelegen.
Ja, Sie können laufen, wenn es Ihnen nichts ausmacht, in der Hitze zu laufen. Ich habe es diese vergangene Reise jeden Tag gemacht, mit Ausnahme der Zeit, die ich zum Leuchtturm und zurück gelaufen bin. Bringen Sie kaltes Wasser und etwas Geld mit, damit Sie eine Nachfüllung bekommen, ist mein Vorschlag. Ich gehe so oft ich kann auf Aruba spazieren / joggen, aber die Hitze macht mir nichts aus.

This is our 2nd time staying at Villa Fillipe and it’s just as stunning as the 1st time. Edward is a fantastic host, always answers when I texted him with a question. Tony is also fantastic! Tremendous location and host

This property is in an ideal location, great for private beach and pool time but also close to the island hot spots. Host is wonderful, communicates often, and serves his guests well. Clean, well provisioned and maintained. Nothing like floating in your pool while hearing the ocean and enjoying the views. There is also an island 0.2 miles from the house you can snorkel too.

We had a great time at Edwards place on the beach! A stunning home that was clean and safe. Edward was a great host and most helpful with any requests we had. The pool was maintained while we were there amd was pristine. We hope to visit again some day!

Overall, this property is amazing! 6 bedroom 6 bathroom, with pool, on water, at this price is almost unheard of. And George and Edward were both fantastic to deal with!

Truly magnificent !

Everything was wonderful. Picture waking up to the sound of the waves crashing on the rocks below the balcony. Edward was super attentive and made sure everything was perfect. Savaneta is relaxing and the dock next door was the perfect location to just relax The beach felt private and the pool was perfect. We will be back in a couple of months it was that good!

The Best Trip Ever

My group and I had a really good time, our home was do beautiful and the ocean view was breathtaking, We enjoyed getting up everyday and sitting by the pool. .George is the most nicest and kindest person I have met, anything you need George will definitely help you out...Shirley and her crew did a fantastic job with the food she prepared..I will be back next year!

Wonderful three night stay!

We were so thrilled to first see this property in person. The views from two second floor balconies and the first floor bedroom are absolutely stunning. All six bedrooms are spacious and each have a very nice bathroom. The property manager was always available and help me out when I locked the safe by mistake. Twelve people would have no problem sharing this property and the pool with its spectacular view. The appliances are a little outdated, but everything worked. We will definitely be back next year!

Aruba Family Vacation

Our family of 12 people ranging in age from 13-70 rented this beautiful villa for a week. It was everything we were looking for and more. Having a pool, ocean access, and beach were ideal. We enjoy being out of the hustle and bustle, so Savaneta was perfect for us. There are several grocery stores nearby and also a few fantastic restaurants: Zeerovers and Flying Fishbone. We went on a UTV trip, chartered a private fishing boat and spent time at Baby Beach; all are highly recommended. Chantel, the property manager was very kind and helpful. Aruba is absolutely One Happy Island!

Dream stay in Aruba

This property was everything we hoped for! The pictures don't do it justice. There is nothing that can compare to this ocean view villa, and stunning architecture overlooking the water. We loved watching the sunset from our patio every night and swimming in the pool. The private beach is the cherry on top! Edward is absolutely amazing and so friendly. He did everything to make our stay perfect and comfortable. I would 100% return!

Awesome Properties

Booked all 3 properties for a group trip for my BIRTHDAY and everything was simply perfect once again. The villas are in immaculate condition with beautiful 3D flooring, oceanfront pools with a beautiful sunset view over the ocean, linens, comfortable bedding, a kitchen stocked with everything we needed, beach chairs, and a very nice front courtyard with grill and seating to entertain. The villas are in a perfect location with restaurants and grocery nearby. Edward also took care of my group transportation at an excellent price . We had an issue with an a/c and Edward handled it right away. He was always available and responded quickly. I am a repeat customer and love these properties. I will definitely be back again and again! This is like my 2nd home! There's no other place in Aruba I'd stay. Edward's properties are top tier. I appreciate such an attentive and responsive host. Can't wait to return!

PARADISE!!

We rented Villa 1 & Villa 2 for a party of 15 people & this was by far the best vacation rental property we have ever stayed at! The location was perfect & the host Edward went above & beyond our expectations! Edward responded within 5 minutes & was very helpful. The villas have EVERYTHING you need and more. Both villas were very clean and beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. You must try the Flying Fish Bone which is walking distance from the villas. There are 2 local food stores within a mile from the villas. The Super Chow & Better Day Supermarket. Both markets sell food & alcohol. Edward had a 12 passanger rental van & a sedan that we rented from him for the week. He had the vehicles available at the villa which was so convient & much cheaper than airport car rentals. The only con we had with our stay was dealing with the folks that utilized the public pier next to the villas. Since there is no divider between the villas beachfront & the public peir, people would actually come & sit on our beach chairs & we even had people come up on our deck & use our hose & charge their phones. Some even left trash & were cutting their catch on our tables. Once we advised them it was private property, they did leave, but annoying to have to confront them. Toni the property manager was awesome! We will definitely rent the again! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Villa Filipe is stunning. We were a party of 10 raging from ages 56 to the the youngest of 17. The pictures are exactly how it looks, but seeing it in person was spectacular. The villa was immaculate, had plenty of dishes, cups, glasses and utensils. Edward was very responsive with every question we had. We rented the van that Edward owns which worked out great for our party. You will definitely need a car if you rent this place. The hotel area is about a 25 minute drive. We needed a pizza pan and it was delivered the very next day. Tony who takes care of the property was also very attentive to all our needs. There were a couple of noodles for the pool along with a flamingo float. We did bring a few hammock floats which we left behind for whomever rented Villa 1 next. The villa is walking distance from the flying fishbone and zeerover. We only ate at flying fishbone was delicious. For food we shopped at c mart and super foods. I recommend super foods, they a much larger selection and there shish kabobs were fantastic. There are plenty of lounge chairs to lay around on. We did rent Umbrellas from travel light Aruba which worked out great for shade while sitting on the beach. They delivered them and picked them up the day before we left. The beds were very comfy. The rooms all have an ocean view with the exception of the 1 downstairs bedroom. I can’t say enough of this stunning villa. We will definitely be renting again from Edward. ❤️
