Spacious beautiful house with 2900 ft with large patio and backyard view. Located near Longview Lake Located in nice and quiet neighborhood. The house has three bedrooms and three full bath with one king bed in master bedroom and two queens another bedrooms. The master bedroom comes with a hot tub with large walk-in closet.and Also the backyard is fenced.

Spacious!

The home was nice and very spacious! Loved that all rooms had a bathroom! My only complaint is that it smelled like raid all throughout he house! Overall LOVED IT and would stay again on our next visit here

Nice size for a large group!

The property looked just like the pictures. We had a group of friends and the separate bathrooms and spaces on the house were perfect. The backyard was amazing! Kitchen doesn’t have all that you need so if you’re planning on cooking, come prepared to get things.

Great house for get togethers

We enjoyed this house, it was clean, beds were comfortable. The 3 bathrooms were great so everyone could get ready in the morning. It was very quiet and peaceful, we slept good. I would stay here again.

My first impression was did we pick the right place to stay. Location was decent, but the home on the outside looked a little run down. Inside the home was large, which was nice, but definitely needed some new decor. I would have liked to have more than one TV in the house and more blankets for sleeping. I would also recommend adding clean dish towel and paper towels

Bachelors/Groomsmen Gettin Ready

This VRBO made a perfect place for a bachelors party and get ready spot. It had plenty of couches for people to crash and 3 large beds. There was an ample amount of space and ease to the stay. We played video games, poker, had a fire pit, and just chilled. It was an awesome place to get ready the morning of the wedding.

Short stay in Kansas City

I was in town for the Kansas City Triathlon, and this house was the perfect accommodation for me and my travel buddy! Very clean, lots of space, very comfortable seating areas both indoors and outdoors with lovely nature views in the backyard. The hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with - would definitely recommend!

Alot of space for our needs

The property was easy to get to. Plenty of parking. Enough space for my kids and family. The dog smell was prevalent from the time we walked in until the time we left. I bought air fresheners for all rooms. Noted a lot of dog hair under beds after dropping an earring which landed underneath. Very minimal towels with no wash clothes in any bathrooms. Great place to stay if you are bringing pets. The water pressure was superb and loved there was a bathroom for each bedroom.

Enough Space - Place needs a major update

Pros: Enough Rooms/bedrooms to host our family of 3 couples. Great Water Pressure Cons: Trap on the roof Plastic window covering a broken window Cracks in drywall It served the purpose of a place to sleep for a family wedding but it was nothing worth writing home about. It seems like the property could use a lot of updates/new drywall and roof, for sure.

Not what we expected

Rough neighborhood, house was in need of repairs. It smelled musty. 0ne washcloth for 3 bathrooms. Ants all over in the refrigerator and underneath the sink. Overall, we were very disappointed. Price was good but you get what you pay for.

I wouldn’t stay here again

I wouldn’t stay here again without significant improvements to the property. The carpets smelled like dog pee in the master bedroom and there was a mouse problem. The kitchen was not stocked as well as the pictures showed. The location and layout of the house are excellent—it could be an amazing rental, but as it stands I can’t recommend it.

Great space, but NOT clean

The amount of space was great for us, but the house was not clean. We had stains on our bed comforter, the floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed or swept and it was very dusty in the house and smelled. Additionally, we noticed A LOT of spiders and we also found a cockroach in the kitchen and could hear mice running around in the ceiling. With a cleaning fee, I would’ve expected the house to be cleaner.

Perfect for family and pup(s)

100+ degrees outside, so nice and cool inside. Super spacious and excellent fenced yard for the pup. Great kitchen and dining area. Will definitely book again when traveling back to kc !
