Summary:
This newly remodeled spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom stunner in Old Overland Park checks every box. There is a new 6-7 person hot tub to enjoy during your stay. Also outdoors there is a large patio with al fresco dining as well as a fire pit with Adirondack chairs and a gas grill for your own bbq. This house is just a a few blocks and walkable from all of the restaurants and shops in downtown Overland Park. Bring Fido as the house has a large fenced back yard (we allow up to two pets with no additional fees).
The Space:
*Book two nights and receive 3rd night free (free night will be equal to or lessor depending on which is less). Inquire with host before booking to receive this special! Promotion is for reservations that have check-in dates prior to 4/30/25. Typically weekend nights are more expensive and won't be given as free nights.
The entire house just finished an extensive remodel with basically everything new including furniture and fixtures. Large open living area into open kitchen stocked with everything you will need to cook or enjoy take out from one of the many nearby restaurants. In the living area you will find a large comfortable sectional sofa to enjoy watching the 75" Smart TV. There is even a selfie wall to commemorate your stay. The Primary bedroom suite is massive. The bedroom has lots of natural light (also room darkening curtains), a ceiling fan and has French doors walking out to large patio area with hot tub. There is a 55" Smart TV. Ensuite bathroom has all new everything. There is a large walking closet as well as an office area with ethernet hookup and large workspace. Bedroom#2 has a queen bed, 40" Smart TV, ceiling fan, room darkening shades, and closet. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed, 40" Smart TV, ceiling fan, room darkening shades and closet. Hall bathroom has been completely updated and has a lot f natural light as well as a bathtub.
The house has a large laundry/mud room off the kitchen with large front loading washer and dryer. The house also features a one car garage for guests to use while visiting. The driveway holds an additional 3 cars.

This is house is located in downtown Overland Park. Downtown Overland Park’s charming past and small-town flavor have grown into a modern and vast array of nearly 300 locally owned and operated businesses. The area is known for its strong community and thriving farmer’s market – as well as great food, the arts, and friendly local businesses lining the walkable streets.
Getting Around:
Walkable to downtown Overland Park as well as an abundance of ride share options.
Other Things to Note:
There are two exterior cameras on the front of the house. One that monitors the driveway and the other monitors the front door.
House Rules:
-No smoking of any kind in the house, including vaping.
-Parties/events/loud noise are not allowed.
-Only guests that are on the reservation are permitted on the premises.
-Illegal activity is prohibited to include, but not limited to, drug activity, prostitution and illegal possession of firearms.
-No weapons or firearms of any kind are allowed.
-We only allow pets with responsible pet owners. Pet owners are expected to pick up after their pet, not allow excessive barking. Any pet damage would be the responsibility of the pet owner.
Owner encourages all guests to purchase trip insurance. Requests to alter dates that are within the cancellation time frame are subject to be declined.
