Family vacation begins at the beach on Big Spirit Lake! This 4-bedroom, 2-bath lakefront home is a guest favorite and sleeps up to 15 guests. Just steps to your own private dock and sand beach this property offers a 5,000 lb boat hoist that fits a boat up to 28 Ft. Enjoy the sandy beach with low approach great for swimming, fishing or jumping off the dock. Put some burgers on the grill (gas), offering outdoor seating and dining, start a fire in the beachfront firepit, and watch the sunset over Big Spirit Lake. Buzz over to the iconic Spillway Drive-in for some of the best ice cream around. It really doesn’t get any better than this!

Living room offers ample seating with wireless internet for streaming. Main level offers a Master bedroom with a king size bed and crib. Bedroom 2, also on the main level, offers a queen bed and smart TV. Just off bedroom 2 you`ll find the living room and a full bathroom with walk-in shower. Upstairs are two private bedrooms. Bedroom 3 provides four adorable teepee-style twin beds and Bedroom 4 provides a full size bed with full-size trundle bed and smart TV. The second level offers a second full bathroom with double sinks. Back on the main level, the Sunroom offers a full 180 degree view of Big Spirit Lake along with extra sleeping space with a full size pull out sofa and a single pull out. For your added convenience, a washer and dryer with detergent are available for your stay.

Cancelation Policy – Okoboji Vacation has set this policy with you in mind. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival with a full refund. If you need to cancel between 59 days and 30 days you will receive a 50% refund. Within 30 days of your arrival no refunds are given. Additional terms and conditions may apply if booking through a channel.

To ensure convenience and comfort, we provide a welcome kit of essential amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish & hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, face bar soap, garbage bags, dishwasher & laundry detergent. Included in your cleaning fee is the above toiletry starter pack, propane replacement, and access to our Host Store; where we offer a range of supplemental services and items including early check-in/late check-out options, hangover kits, or fresh flowers for a romantic getaway. Pack n’ play or toddler cot, package of bottled water, firewood, etc. are available for a small fee on our Host Store (email sent one week before check-in) and will be waiting in the home on your arrival. Advanced Payment of 50% is due at the time of booking. Remaining Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. Failure to remit final rental payment by scheduled due date may result in cancellation of your reservation
All payments are refundable prior to the cancelation due dates. To protect your rental investment, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, no shows, or cleaning or maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.
Service fees may apply to guests who reserve online with a third party booking website. Third party services fees are not controlled nor collected by Okoboji Vacation Company, and as such are not reflected on reservation statements provided by Okoboji Vacation Company.
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the traveler if canceled between 60 days and 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund.
A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the property.
