It has a lovely 50 m² living room (with fireplace), an open-plan fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 2,000 m². The accommodation comprises

Ground floor:
- A 50 m² living room with sofas, TV and fireplace (first flambé offered, wood not provided)
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160x200) and en-suite shower room, private balcony
- Bedroom 2: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: with 2 single beds (90x190)
- 1 bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
