Just a few minutes’ walk from the Nice train station, Avenue Jean Médecin and the Promenade des Anglais, you’ll be right in the heart of the city, with all shops and points of interest easily accessible on foot.
This air-conditioned 2 bedroom apartment will charm you with its modern features and warm atmosphere.
Very well laid out, it consists of a cozy, air-conditioned living room with direct access to the terrace on Rue Durante, a fully equipped contemporary kitchen with dining area, and two comfortable bedrooms with built-in storage.
The main bedroom includes a queen-size bed and also opens onto the terrace (please note: this room is not air-conditioned).
The second bedroom is air-conditioned and offers a standard double bed, a desk area, and access to a private balcony.
The modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a washing machine.
The toilet is separate.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a residence with elevator.
