The apartment is located in a quiet residence with gated access. Free parking is available at the foot of the building. Independent access to the apartment is via a secure key box.

The residence is located in Touques, in a green, residential area. You're just a 5-minute drive from Deauville and the beach. The quiet neighborhood is ideal for relaxing, yet close to shops, restaurants and typical markets.

Bus routes easily connect Touques to Deauville, Trouville and Lisieux. The Deauville-Trouville train station can be reached in 7 to 8 minutes by car. Ideally, you should come by car for greater flexibility, but public transport is still available.
