Puamana contains 28 acres of tropical landscaping where its open spaces, breezes, and sounds of the ocean waves are sure to soothe both your mind and body. While here, take advantage of the ocean views, Tennis and Pickleball courts, fruit trees, and swimming pools. Additional amenities include surfing (three blocks away) and hiking for added fun. Just one mile south of Lahaina Town and a short drive to Kaanapali, you'll have options for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Stroll to nearby ocean beaches or use Puamana’s best surf beach in West Maui. There is also lots of hiking nearby in the Lahaina mountains and take in the scenic backdrops. New custom tile accents and light wood flooring throughout connect the exterior front and rear lanais to the cozy beach house which are perfect for entertaining guests or simply enjoying the sunsets and treasured views. This is all just a stone's throw from the ocean shoreline, meaning walks along the beach or romantic picnics are always an option. Feel free to take a dip in the pool as well if you'd like to swim or snorkel in the ocean beach access. Refresh in two refurbished main-floor baths with elegant walk-in showers or relax in the soaker tub upstairs.
The master bedroom and 2nd floor both have - king-size beds. Living room sofa sleeper is available for additional guests or perfect for kids. Besides the big screen in the living room, all rooms have individual air conditioners and fans. We are located in a lush tropical setting in a private gated colony of low-rise, low density quality town houses (privately owned houses with no neighbors above or below) and share 28 acres of mature, majestic trees, exquisite gardens, manicured lawns, and many dozens of graceful palms framing the Pacific Ocean along the sunny south shore of Lahaina in West Maui. This is truly the best weather on the Island! Stroll this magnificent pristine oasis and explore the botanical wonders with palm, banyan and mango trees and lush tropical landscaping filled with exotic flowers. You will meander under the bursting canopy of mature royal Poinciana trees with vibrant red blossoms. The atmosphere is very relaxed and ideal for those who want to retreat from the crowds into the serene quiet of an elegant neighborhood. Private and peaceful are fitting images for this complex.
The area surrounding Puamana is still healing, so we ask that you avoid walking nearby and remain mindful of the ongoing recovery in Lahaina and neighboring communities. While there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance, and you may observe local construction, our property offers a peaceful beachside retreat. We encourage you to support local businesses during your stay; your presence and care truly make a difference. The Lahaina fire affected some of the community townhouses and our historic clubhouse did burn. All utilities, including water, have been tested by the EPA. The utilities and surrounding environment are safe.
