Hideout or hangout in this idyllic setting with a full garage, relaxing front deck and fire pit, perfect for sharing stories. Modern updates make it easy to enjoy that great bike ride up to the Blue Ridge Parkway or work from home with high speed internet and built in office nook. The completely renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath is a 5 minute drive to groceries, take-out and 10 minutes to the French Broad River.

We just stayed in Asheville for a weekend and had a great time! The house fit our family of 5 very comfortably, the location was excellent and the host was very thoughtful. The house was very clean, kitchen well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, water filter etc. The beds were very comfortable. There is an Ingles very close by and downtown Asheville is a quick drive away. We went to Asheville Pizza and Brewing twice which is very close to the house. The wings are awesome. Great house, great city and wonderful location!!

Beautiful home in a nice area with plenty of thoughtful little touches. Had everything we needed for our anniversary trip. Just a short drive into the heart of Asheville and Biltmore. We enjoyed the family of wild turkeys that passed through. We can’t wait to stay in this beautiful home again soon.

Amy was a wonderful host! The cottage was clean and very comfortable for me and my partner. A week prior to vacation I colored my hair and was worried that the dye would rub off on the bathroom towels after drying. I explained this to the host, and she happily brought me towels I could use to dry my hair! It seriously meant a lot.Amy will go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable on vacation.

Weekend Getaway

The property was exactly what we were looking for! Close enough to downtown but far enough away to have privacy. This is a perfect getaway cottage for anyone who wants the best of both worlds city and country. The property manager is great and i will definitely be staying there again!

The property was clean and modern. The owner provided lots of amenities especially in the kitchen. Only complaint was the oven and stove top seemed to cook at a very high temperature even when placed on low. But all in all it was a great stay!

Quaint cottage getaway

We enjoyed the little cottage. It had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen, board games & TV for entertainment, etc.. This is a very private place but also close to restaurants, etc. as well. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Asheville.

Girls Weekend

We had a lovely stay at this house nestled in the woods. The beds were comfortable, the showers had good water pressure, the cicadas were melodic. We wanted a place to gather and chill and this home provided a lovely space to do so. We also saw a bear! I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a hideaway very close to all things Asheville. It was just the trip we needed.

Amazing Asheville Stay

Our group of 5 had a wonderful stay in Asheville! The home is set about 15 mins from downtown in a quiet wooded wonderland. We got to see turkeys & a black bear! The home is very clean, looks newly updated, & decorated very artistically. We had a bonfire & there are ample areas to sit outside & enjoy the beautiful surroundings! All of the beds were very comparable & the place is well stocked with anything you might need. We will definitely book here again!

Amazing Location!

We were thrilled about this home which is perfectly tucked away in Asheville and has fantastic views of the mountains surrounding. The home has modern amenities and comfortable furnishings. Every room is impeccably clean and tidy. I enjoyed eating my meals outside with the cozy hammock chair. It’s so close to downtown and near grocery stores too. No complaints here.

Superb and Immaculate!

The photos and reviews seemed almost too good to be true, but they were spot on. The house is super clean, unusually well-organized, and the host couldn't have been more responsive. Everything is labeled, attractive, and working! The welcome book has many more good amd helpful suggestions than typical. We were able to park in the garage which has a door into the house.VRBO should recruit Amy to write a How To book for other owners!

This house was a a Covid project for me. My work had stalled and I live just minutes from this place. When we found it we knew it could be special because of the privacy and amount of land. But we were lucky to get sweet neighbors and so much wildlife it’s like a park over here!

The country setting just minutes from town is pretty sweet. The house is tranquil but not stodgy. The bears and turkeys and deer are always delights to witness from the window.
