Great 2 level house

Very nice property. Everything you would need to relax for a week close to Bars and restaurants. In the middle of the Keys easy access north and south . We had one group upstairs and another down stairs

Paradise Get-away!

We absolutely loved our stay here, the house was beautiful!! Enjoyed our mornings out in the sun floating around in the heated pool. The property managers were terrific communicators and answered our questions promptly! We'd love to come back and visit again. Our only suggestions are, perhaps leave a few more bath towels and upgrade/replace the bedroom pillows.

Lovely 2 separate units in paradise

Important things to know: This is actually 2 separate units - ground level is a 2/1 small unit with small kitchen/dining living areas and is completely separate from 2nd floor unit which much larger and nicer. Upper unit is a 2/2 with a master BR/BA and nice views of the pool/canal. Lower unit views are blocked by the outdoor staircase. Be warned - this property does not have a Cabana Club membership so that will cost you $30 per person each day you want to go! There is a pool but it is in disrepair but usable and nice to cool off in and a nice tiki hut poolside with a fan and lighting. Also be warned there is a boat on a lift so dockage is somewhat limited if you plan to bring a boat. There is a boat trailer in the carport also. The kitchens are well equipped. Washer/Dryer are outside. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Thank you for taking the time to review this beautiful home. We just started renting it as the wife passed. We finally got on schedule to have the pool repainted this summer . The small boat trailer is under the carport which is in no one’s way . There is lots of parking for up to 6 cars and a trailer. The Cabana no longer accepts daily rentals . Thanks for the great rating and we may consider the Gluntz resort for guests that want to use a larger pool. Please tell your friends

Perfect place for a family gathering

We stayed here with 6 adults and 4 kids. It was an amazing place. We ended up spending more time at the pool and less time going to the beach than we planned because it was such a beautiful setting. Both kitchens were well supplied with dishes and cooking supplies. The local Publix delivered our groceries. It is a great, central location in the Keys for day trips to Key West or Key Largo. Nearby Sunset Park was a beautiful place to watch the sunset.

Perfect Spring Break Escape!!

House is recently renovated and gorgeous. Pics are all accurate! Beds were all very comfortable, especially the king in the master (I note this as many properties skimp on beds and make for an uncomfortable stay). My husband is still talking about how good he slept! Plenty of parking, quiet street, tiki hut in back yard was a great place to hang out in the afternoons. Pool is small but was refreshing and relaxing. House was VERY clean upon arrival and well stocked with everything we needed including new blenders. Kitchen included tons of spices and cooking essentials which is always appreciated. We had some minor issues (every house does) but the property managers addressed them immediately. The grill was broken and within a few hours, the old ones were out on street for pick up and a new one was poolside. One note especially if traveling with young children -- the house is set up as a duplex. The upstairs and downstairs are completely separate with no connecting inside. Depending on your party, this could be perfect. Our 21 yr old son loved having his own place downstairs and its ideal for 2 sep. families. Worth mentioning as i would not have been comfortable having young children downstairs alone. A suggestion is to install a light outside over the laundry area? Switching laundry while holding phone for a flashlight was a bit tricky. Great house!
