The Space:
From the moment you step into this beautiful home, you are met with striking design details and elegant spaces designed for comfort, relaxation and making memories. The large open-concept kitchen/dining/living area features a fantastic, pitched ceiling and gorgeous stone wall with an inset fireplace and flat-screen TV.

However, this home is designed just as much for comfort and convenience as it is beauty. The kitchen offers ample cabinet and counter space as well as a bar area for convenient serving and seating. The nearby dining area comfortably seats eight and is open to both kitchen and living spaces, making it perfect for group dining and games. The living area features several cozy spots to kick back and relax while taking in your favorite show or warming up by the fire.

Just off the dining area, a spacious deck with a hot tub, dining area and grill is the perfect place to unwind and soak up the beauty while your cares melt away. From stargazing to wildlife watching, this is the perfect spot for enjoying the natural beauty this area has to offer.

When you’re ready to tuck in, head upstairs to the master bedroom with a roomy king-size bed, walk-in closet, balcony and TV for your entertainment. Two additional bedrooms, both featuring queen-size beds and lots of natural light, as well as a full bath with a convenient tub/shower combo provide ample spaces for you to relax and unwind.

Downstairs, guests will be delighted to find a family room that packs a dynamic punch as it features not only a charming stone fireplace, built-in bookshelves, comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV, but also a couch that converts into a queen-size, pull out bed.

The basement also has two additional bedrooms and a third bathroom. One bedroom sleeps three in a convenient twin-size bed/queen-size bed bunk bed while a fifth bedroom features a cozy queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV as well as a cozy chair for cuddling up with a favorite read.

This home also has a laundry room with washer and dryer as well as an attached, two-car garage open for guest use. With its ample sleeping and relaxation spaces, beautiful design and great location, this home makes for a perfect mountain retreat.

Getting Around:
There is a free shuttle available to guests that will take you anywhere in Park City. This home is 2 miles to Old Town or Park City Resort and just 3 miles to Deer Valley Resort.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home, including the outdoor deck/hot tub area as well as the attached, two-car garage.

The Neighborhood:
Located on the Historic Union Pacific Rail Trail, a non-motorized trail that spans 28 miles from Park City to Echo Reservoir, this home puts you in the perfect position to explore the great outdoors. With Deer Valley and Park City Mountain Resorts - as well as Park City's historic Old Town and Main Street - within 10 minutes’ drive, you also have world-class dining, shopping and recreation at your fingertips.

Getting Around:
This home is conveniently located just a short walk from the Wyatt Earp stop on the Park City Transit Bus Red line, which runs from Prospector Square to Quinn’s Junction. Park City Transit is free and connects you to all that Park City has to offer.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that the tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated, but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. As such, if you wish to use it, please ensure you turn it on and turn up the temperature when you arrive. Be sure to keep the cover closed at all times when the tub is not in use!

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
