Chalet Ewart by the lake

We thank you for choosing our place to stay. I do apologize for the kids. We do like them and welcome them at our place. Property is advertised as apartment, and apartments do have neighbors above and beside you. Unfortunately at the time of your stay there was a family with 2 young kids above you. That was not me (the host) but another guest. Kids tend to run around more then usual and cry sometimes, but kids will always be kids. We welcome families with kids. I am not sure what you mean by the patio is not useable. We do have 2 tables and 8 chairs. As well as many other additional chairs. Backyard size is by far larger then average and you can clearly see it on the pictures. There are 4 bbq tanks on the property. In our instructions (whole instruction set is one paragraph) it literally states that if the tank is empty you can go to the garage and grab another one. I would assume that since you didn't know where to get propane replacement- then you didn't read a part about canoe and tricycles we provide for guest use for free. Once again at the end of those instruction is my phone number and you could've called and i'd provide you with all the answers. In regards to water. We have 2 filter systems. One whole house filter system and a dedicated reverse osmosis system for the kitchen. It is drinkable and safe to consume. I do apologize that you didn't have experience you were expecting but most of the issues could've been solved if you reached out to me, except kids above you obviously.
