Welcome to your Lake Simcoe getaway! This bright, modern, and cozy cottage on Limerick Street is just steps from the lake with access at the end of the street. Perfect for swimming, fishing, kayaking, and sunsets in summer, or a peaceful retreat year-round. Nestled in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood surrounded by nature and wildlife, it’s an ideal escape to relax, recharge, and enjoy small-town charm only a short drive from the city.
The space
Welcome to your Lake Simcoe retreat! Our bright, modern cottage is perfect for families, friends, or couples looking for comfort, privacy, and fun year-round.
Inside the house:
2 Bedrooms + Multiple Sleeping Options: Large bedroom with queen bed (sleeps 2), smaller bedroom with twin-over-double bunk (sleeps 3), plus a pull-out daybed in the sunroom (sleeps 2).
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Plates, utensils, pots & pans, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, air fryer, hot water kettle, child-friendly options, wine glasses, mugs, bar counter, and dining table.
Bright & Airy Living Space: 2 leather sofas, large coffee table with storage, Samsung 60" curved Smart TV (bring your streaming accounts, no cable), desk + chair in each bedroom, sheer curtains by day, blackout curtains by night.
Comfort Essentials: Central air & heat, high-speed Wi-Fi, towels, toiletries, hairdryer, laundry detergent, washer, and dryer.
Outside:
4-burner propane BBQ (propane provided)
Firepit and sectional patio seating
4 sun loungers and shaded canopy on back deck
Fenced yard with grassy area for pets
Privacy & Convenience: Owner lives next door for assistance if needed; otherwise, enjoy complete privacy.
Note: BBQ, firepit, outdoor furniture, and canopy are not provided in winter months.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire cottage, including all bedrooms, living areas, kitchen, sunroom, and private outdoor spaces. Enjoy the fenced backyard, patio seating, BBQ, firepit, and sun loungers during your stay (note: outdoor furniture, BBQ, and firepit are not available in winter). The owner lives next door but respects your privacy; assistance is available if needed. Parking for 5-6 vehicles is available on the property.

Check-In / Check-Out:
Check-in is after 3 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. Please lock up when you leave and take out all garbage to the bins in the backyard. The co-host will bring the large bins to the street for pickup every Sunday evening. Remove all linens from the beds and leave them on the mattresses for our cleaner.
Guests:
The home sleeps up to 7 people. We ask that no more than 8 guests stay unless approved in advance. Small gatherings or parties are allowed only with prior approval.
Pets:
We love pets! Please let us know in advance and provide a photo and vaccination info. There’s a $25 per pet cleaning fee per stay. Kindly clean up after your pets using the provided waste bags.
Smoking & Substances:
For everyone’s comfort, smoking, vaping, marijuana, or illegal substances are not allowed on the property. Violations will result in a cleaning fee.
Respect the Space:
Please treat the home and amenities with care. Wash dishes and BBQ after use, use only untreated firewood in the fire pit, and follow local fire safety rules. No loud noises or parties after 11 PM as our neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly.
Safety & Belongings:
Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings during their stay.

The owners and co-host live right next door. They have separate fenced yards and their own pets. They respect your privacy but are available to help or answer questions at any time.
